CHEATING?!

To me it's very sad that the issue of multiple accounts and cheating has risen it's ugly head again! What is more distressing is that it was brought up by a noob! What kind of impression are we giving to new players if the devs turn a blind eye to multiple account holders?

What distresses me the most is to here Gnilraps called out specifically as being a known multi-account holder who has the tacit blessing of the devs because of the real world cash he spends on the game. Wrong is wrong people! THe devs need to step up and either enforce the rules or change the rules so that it returns to a level playing field for all of us.

no, it's more dissapointed Angerforge. I really like the interactions I've had with Gnilraps. So for someone to point out that he is "cheating" is just dissapointing to me.

With the game dying a slow death, I suspect that if the multi's are spending cash, said accounts will be handled with kids gloves. The devs did enact a major crushing of multi-accounts awhile back and many players quit the game. I believe the financial hit to eRep's balance sheet was significant and they won't be too swift to take those sort of broad actions again. Other than the slow death and major crushing of multi's awhile back, this comment is composed entirely of my opinion and should not be taken as fact.

Fair enough, and sadly, most likely a true statement of affairs. That begs the question then, why is the game dying? What are the devs doing to add more content/change it up to make it more attractive and enticing to new players?
