Canada's Invasion - In Video!

Day 999, 01:32 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Sir Humphrey Appleby
Please note that this, probably, isn't historically accurate.

Canada’s invasion during various hacks on Phoenix leadership will be controversial for a while, even after the battles have stopped. Yet it falls to one man to tell the epic tales of what has happened, what is happening – and what is to happen. Thus, we begin our epic tale in the streets of West Kensington. Londonshire, Scotland – England, Canada.

The Minister of Finance, Thatcher, had a waffle that morning. She decided to have it with syrup. Suddenly, all persons who consumed maple syrup in the last few months turned outrageously vicious...

Then, on the Scottish Highlands, Canadian Heavy Cavalry appeared!

A battle for Scotland erupted, with heavy losses on both sides – neither side could claim victory, until...

The American Intense Artillery arrived!

Fortunately, after several failed assassination attempts on the British Prime Minister’s life...

And a failed attempt to drown the Deputy Prime Minister as well...

The Deputy Prime Minister, Dish, bravely charged and knocked the chief assassin out.

Meanwhile, the British special forces managed to capture the Canadian High Commander in a cunning trap...

However, the Canadian Deputy Commander managed to sneak away.

And, after a tactical retreat by the British Army from Vestlandet...

In addition to the painful annihilation of the British Chief of General Staff...

The Phoenix Army Group in Britain faced a very difficult campaign.

And there was much bawwing from allied Phoenix’s countries when the British people gave outcry at the lack of support in Veslandket.

Alone, the British SAS struck with their magic powers given to them by the dying colonials in Veslandket, and blew the Canadian Prime Minister from inside his own computer...

A special division snuck into the White House during an American Press release that Britain had been annexed by Imperial American Forces.

And as the last of the EDEN forces were pushed out of Britain’s sacred soil – there was one last message relayed to EDEN HQ from their Field-Commander on the shores of Cornwall...

Yours, as always,

Sir Humphrey Appleby SAS, QC, GCB, KBE, MVO, MA (Oxon) - UKRP Leadership
Prime Ministerial Press Secretary and Judicial Appellate.
