It depends on your division, really. For D4, the damage needed to get a BH medal is too much for the amount of damage given by the packs. The XXL (500g) pack gives 2.15B damage Assuming D2 (your division) requires 10M damage to get a BH medal in, you can get 215 BHs. That's 645 gold, or 145 gold profit.

This is without factoring in COs from countries.
