1. Внешняя политика

- В состав России возвращены Ленобласть и Москва. Это произошло путем непрямых действий и немалых дипломатических усилий, но своего Россия добилась.

- Проведены переговоры по статусу остальных оккупированных российских регионов. Придти к компромису пока не удалось, но диалог на эту тему будет продолжен, понимание что ситуация непростая есть у обоих сторон. Подписывать договор "во что бы то ни стало" Россия не намеряна, наши национальные интересы превыше политической окраски момента.

- Ведутся переговоры по нормализации отношений со странами блока Атлантис в рамках соблюдений союзнических обязательств со странами блока ПИС.

- За счет госсредств перезаключены МРР с Италией и Ираном. На средства частных инвесторов перезаключен МПП с Сербией. МРР с Венгрией заключен за счет венгерской стороны.

2. Экономика

- Подготовлена полномасштабная программа развития экономики России (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-1-826338/1/20)

- Проведение налоговой реформы позволило значительно увеличить налоговые сборы.

- За счет присоединения новых регионов вырос спрос на рубли. Это привело к росту курса нашей национальной валюты.

- Выросла средняя зарплата в золотом эквиваленте и покупательная способность наших граждан:

- Стартовал национальный проект по постройке Q5 госпиталей за счет частных инвестиций. Государство будет покупать эти госпитали по цене значительно ниже рыночной.

- Создан Госбанк, значительно облегчающий оперативное управление финансами правительством


3. Внутренние дела

- Вся финансовая отчетность министерств приведена к единой форме гуглдокс и централизована по адресу http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=rHr6kVgRdec2hXggXMFxd1Q. Это значительно облегчит контроль отчетности министерств не только этого, но и всех последующих созывов.
Работы по улучшению отчетности и по добавлению разнообразных статистических показателей продолжаются.

- Возобновлена работа Министерства Иммиграции. Мы наблюдаем устойчивый рост населения, что внушает определенный оптимизм с демографической ситуацией.


1. Foreign Affairs

- Leningrad Oblast and Moscow have been returned to the composition of Russia. This way achieved through indirect actions and not in the least through diplomatic efforts. But Russia achieved its goal.

-Negotiations have been held on the status of the remaining occupied Russian regions. An agreement couldn’t be settled yet, but the talks on this issue will continue, understanding that both sides face difficulties.
To sign agreement “at any cost,” isn’t in Russia’s interest. Our national interests are of more importance than the nowadays political panorama.

- Negotiations are held to normalize the relations with the countries from the Atlantis alliance, within boundaries of the allied obligations to the countries of the [PEACE] alliance.

- MPPs with Italy and Iran have been renewed with gold from national funds. The MPP with Serbia is renewed with means provided by private investors. MPP with Hungary has been renewed on the count of Hungary.

2. Economy

- A considerable increase in tax revenue has been made possible by conducting tax reforms

- Due to the return of the regions, the demand for rubles has grown, which led to an increase of the ruble’s value.

- The average wage in gold has risen as well as the purchasing power of our citizens:

-A national Q5 hospital construction project has been started thanks to private investments. The state will buy these hospitals on a considerable lower price than the market value.

- A State Bank has been created for more synopsis in the operational government control of finances.

3. Internal Affairs

- Complete financial openness of the ministries, brought together in one form on googledocs and hosted at the following address: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=rHr6kVgRdec2hXggXMFxd1Q. This will make it easier for the control of the accountability of the ministries and also all meetings which are to be held. Work on improvement of the accountancy and the addition of several statistical indicators is being conducted in a working order.

- The Ministry of Immigration’s work has been revived. We closely monitor the steady growth in population, which gives a certain sense op optimism in the demographical situation.
