[SFP] Affordable Q2 Housing Program | What/How/Why | 12,5% Discount

Hello Humans,

Do you know what's better than owning a house? Owning two houses.

That's why starting with the publication of this article, members of the SFP can buy Q2 Houses from me and receive a discount of 12,5% (an eighth) on Q2 Houses purchased from me on the eUS market. That's enough so they're effectively free. More on that later.

Anyone meeting the requirements can receive a discount once every 8 days. The first term will begin now from Day 4128 to 4135, the next one from Day 4136 to 4143 and so on.

Simply put: With the start of a day divisible by 8, a new term will begin.



How to Participate?

There are some additionial requirements to participate

- Be a member of the SFP as of publishing this article (only for the first term, the enxt terms any new members are egilible. I took screenshots already)

- Make a Screenshot of your market purchase and post it as a comment on a shout in the SFP feed I post at the beginning of each term

- Have a Q2 House AND a Q1 House activated*

- Be a resident in a Tier 1 Residence (less than 50 residents, a "Town") or a Tier 2 Residence (less than 100 residents, a "Large Town")**


*You have to use the Q2 house in order to get your discount on it. Also I want to force you to use a Q1 because it's profitable for you.

**It makes no sense not to be a resident. Period. Also, until the residence module has been completed (never, aka. in the following weeks), it only makes sense to be in a lowly populated residence. Additionally, it provides an option to check which Qs of houses you have activated.


Why Q2 Houses are now Free for participators of this programm


Active Houses provide you with one free work ticket per hour, 24 are required to do work overtime once. So one extra work per day per house.

Houses have a duration of 7 days per default.

In a Tier 1 residence, you get 20% extra durability (8.4 days)for a fee of 1% (~125cc).
In a Tier 2 residence, you get 10% extra durability (7.7 days)for a fee of 2% (~250cc).

A Q2 house from me costs 12378.99cc and a good net salary atm. is 1385cc.

Tier 1: 8.4 * 1385cc = 11634cc
Tier 2: 7.7 * 1385cc = 10664.5cc

The costs of Houses are

Tier 1: 12378.99cc * 0.875 + 125cc = 10956.6cc
Tier 2: 12378.99cc * 0.875 + 250cc = 11081.6cc

So, with this program, a Q2 House gives you a profit of 677.4cc within 8.4 days in a Tier 1 residence.

In a Tier 2 Residence it costs you only 417.1cc within 7.7 days (54.17cc per day). It's very cheap but better be in a Tier 1 residence.

How can you help?

Easy, just work for me. A Q2 House requires about 8.451 work ticks to be produced with a Tycoon Pack in agood region. I have offers usually paying a pretty good wage in almost every major country in the eWorld. To get a raise, just resign and take my current offer or PM me for a raise if neccessary.


Why am I doing this?


To increase our firepower and activity. Each House will give up to 480 extra recoverable health per day and increase the total energy pool when needed.

Also, I am restricting this to SFP members as a pilot for a potential US-wide program. I would like to get a feeling about the potential cost first. For this however, I would need some assistance though - someone else checking requests and doing the donations who I will pay monthly for this service.
