Tip: fight Tuesday in "epic battles" (the ones that appear red in the list).

You will get double prestige points, which will help you in two ways:
1. You recover energy faster and therefore be able to fight a little more.
2. You will get more rewards (storage and/or energy bars).

I have no idea how it is at D4, but at D1-D2 there are many epic battles every Tuesday morning, and there may be also Tuesday evening or Wednesday...
