Hello Eire!

It's been a while since I published any half decent article in eIreland. After years of being exhausted from running things around, taking care of business, talking and fighting like there's no tomorrow I needed a good, long break. It wasn't always easy to stay aside, especially during the resource wars, an event that can bring or take so much in a long term. As most of you know already, I'm either extremely active or I go into a total inactivity. Depends on various stuff, but probably the most important one being who's there to hang out with.

Anyway, the reason I'm writing this article is my announcement to run for President of eIreland in December 2020. I was running last term as well, but didn't really made any effort to get elected or plan to work with in case of election victory.

Our current administration has done the best they can, can't blame them for a total inactivity of the entire community. We used to have our ups and downs, but the current down seems to be the most persistant in our history. Trito has been giving his best to fix things, but sometimes that's not enough. I do hope he has gained some experience and learned game mechanics this community will surely use in the future.

Considering our country feed, messages, articles and all other indicators of the community activity I believe we can't go any lower. Which is also good. We can only improve ourselves.



I've already contacted several ex-Irish citizens and asked them to help out in restoration of the Old Republic. Every hand, every person, each and every account will be the most cherished one in the current situation. There's plenty of work to be done. The resources we've gained during the resource wars are terrible, probably among the worst ones in the eWorld. With no player armed by Maverick Pack it was hard to expect anything else. I'm not trying to blame anyone for it, it's just the way game has been set by Plato.

Our regions has been taken by several countries including those we have TW's with and those we don't have TW's with. We'll need to review the entire situation when it comes to TW's and countries in our original regions. Our communication with alliances has been almost non existant. That's another thing that'll need a full review.

Before even starting to make any reviews we'll need to count our heads, check who'd be able to come over and play a role and organize ourselves. Internal communication will be the main concern for the first couple of days of next term. I'll try to gather everyone in Telegram where we'll hold a summit to see where we wanna be in 30 days.



Most of you already know what you can expect from me. Constant activity, articles, strikes and exciting stuff. It might be too early for this kind of articles, but I couldn't hold myself any longer.
