What Is So Important About Ambassadors

Ambassadors are a very critical part of establishing India is a growing regional power. In the eWorld there are two types of power. Soft Power and Hard Power. As it stands, India doesn't have much of either. My goal is to change that, starting now. The first step in building our soft power is working on our relations with other nations. To secure the key to our future in either our offensives into hostile neighbors or securing our borders, we must have diplomatic clout with a variety of nations, major powers and regional powers alike.

The first step in developing India's soft power is to build and maintain diplomatic ties with our traditional allies and new allies alike. This is achieved through active diplomacy. I have been doing this a long time and having a strong voice in the ear of our allies will ensure our needs are considered and assistance granted. By serving as an ambassador, you will be a part of developing India into a diplomatic powerhouse.

What Kind of Commitment Is Necessary To Serve?

There are a few critically important tasks that go with being an ambassador. These include, but are not limited to the following.

1) Check Host Nation IRC
2) Register and Check Host Nation Forums
3) Contact Host Nation Cabinet
4) Maintain Contact with Host Nation Counterpart (MoFA, vMoFA or Ambassador to India)
5) Provide updates on local politics after elections on the 5th, 15th and 25th.
6) Be an active voice in support of India.

The promotion potential is high in this field. As an ambassador, you will work directly under the Head of the Ambassador Corps, a post currently being held by Ishabad. He will operate the Corps as he sees necessary and all applications must go through him.

Developing the future of India's foreign ministry is critical to our future gains in moving towards EDEN membership as well as building ourselves into a stable and constant regional power. If you are interested in someday getting involved with the government, service as an ambassador is a solid step towards that goal.

Application Process

First, you must send a message to Ishabad. This message needs to be in the following format:

Languages You Speak (List them all):
EMail:
IRC Nick:
Country Preference: (If Applicable)

Once you have done this, Ishabad will contact you with instructions on where to get started and give you some objectives to complete so that you can get started!

Signed,
Sir Valaro Volcrum
Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs
Congressmen, Tamil Nadu
