Hello, Dear citizens of eSwitzerland
I'm starting this article with the quote from the 18th Chair of the Federal Reserve to point out how important it is to keep the politics away from the money... distanced from one another. In order to create effective fiscal or monetary policy, politics should not interfere in the decision making about anything that has to do with money. Something that is quite relevant in eSwitzerland right now as we all know

Now let's get going with the actual and current numbers for our beloved eCountry. As it was stated in the previous article in the Ministry of Finance the net monthly income of eSwitzerland is 450.000,00 to 470.000,00 CHF. It is no different in March of 2020. Until the end of this presidential term the Swiss treasury will be richer for the amount of CHF mentioned above.
No military campaigns were undertaken in our country or in our region that could disrupt the cash flow, nor any CHF were spent on something (apart from signing 5 MPP) so the final numbers in our coffers are not surprise at all.
The Governor or eSwitzerland was making detailed notes about the income and the outcome of our budget, and our National Organizations which can be checked at any time by any Swiss citizen on the links below. Additionally in the treasury link, it can clearly be seen that also, it is calculated the tax return by the French, which I may add are very accurate and correct.

The only thing that the Ministry regrets is that not a single CHF was spent this month (as in loooong time now), and the money that we have continues to be liability, not an asset. It is sad to even look at the column "Donations" :/
The Ministry of Finance also recognized the concerns of some citizens when we proposed the resource renting. I would propose that our citizens should not be left without any resource and drop profitability on their companies, and that Switzerland should NOT rent it's resources for now. However additional income must be found for our budget if we start to spend some of our money on strengthening our military (through various programs) and revitalizing our community (also through programs, organized strikes by our MU leaders, other socializing). That additional money should come from the Monetary market as it was discussed in the previous article, also from private donations if someone is willing to donate. If someone has additional ideas please do share them in the comments.
The Ministry of Finance also regrets that there was no time the congress to discuss for the creation of the proposed emergency fund. The proposal was a certain amount of tanks/food to be bought from the market with budget money, and be kept as reserve for times when price fluctuation occurs, so we would then give them to our citizens, and shield them from financial losses, and/or sell on the market for profit (as we saw it happened in the past week with the prices). I hope this can be implemented in near future.
Overall I would say the Monetary system in eSwitzerland is stable (something that every President/Governor would want) but I would like us to leave this stableNESS and the status quo all ready. I believe that through economic changes we can make military changes, and make our community grow. It is us, the players, who should make the game more interesting FOR US. And we can achieve real growth as a nation ONLY if we leave this current status quo that we have maintained for a long time. The growth should not be held back by 2-clicking politicians who only focus on holding virtual political power and give nothing in return. The Swiss democracy should not be abused by these people who call themselves "champions of the people'', and calling others "dictators", just because they follow actual rules, and not made up schemes in the past. I don't believe Switzerland should fall back in the times of obscurity, but our nation's path is to grow, thrive and prosper at a much higher rate then now. The use of our treasury currency should be the first step to start this prosperity. I believe the money in our treasury is collected FROM Swiss people by taxing them, and should BE returned to the Swiss people. The congress should be informed for the movement of the money by the messaging system that is created every month or through Ministry articles with spreadsheets like now. At the end of the day they are the one that must vote on the laws for donations. There must be a single doubt of a theft that can break the cohesion and the unity of our nation. I hope the next Governor will have these numbers and ideas in mind. And last, but not least I want to thank to the President Blue Tongu3 Lizard for giving me the opportunity to serve to the Swiss people... it was my HONOR. ♥

i agree with rican, we must help the weaker/low lvl players through initiative programs.
I am not targeting anyone but new players are bullied here and not given any respect or support. Instead they are accused of being multi accounts. Actual multi accounts like cheeely pereyra have got generous donations before getting banned while I can't even get a reply from the people I message for help just because they suspect I am a multi.

I have waited for the senior players to take some action against you but if things don't change then this is a two way street my friend.
Truth be told I think BlueTongu3Lizard was a very good CP and also a good human who helped me in the beginning but her cabinet let her down especially theInspector and Ithilwen. an interesting article.
as stated before, i, as some other citizens of e-switzerland, i am against the plan of ''resources renting/regions renting'', for it would damage those people who have companies in our core regions (myself included), and it wouldnt be good for our domestic economic model in general.
(as the renting of our regions to others is detrimental for our local companies)
likewise, i prefer to have stability and order in our country's treasury, over a militarized attitude in our e-country, as our current (weak) military state and our e-country's small size+population cannot handle a large-scale war with a medium-sized enemy e-country, let alone with a much stronger nation...
the best course of action for us, would be to strengthen our MU's through donation programs and through initiative programs for weaker players of the country, so that they can become better soldiers/with betetr damage/ranks, and so that they can deal better in a future fight/TW.
as such, the best ''wars'' that e-switzerland should have in most cases should be TW's (agreed by both partners), small skirmishes in non-alliance countries (or in random, non hostile conflicts), and isolated duels in very small+obscure e-countries.
some good ideas are the idea to invest funds in the monetary market, and keeping those profits safe for future use (for the aforementioned support programs for weaker players).
another good idea is for us to have an emergency fund system, so that we can keep a portion of our country's resources safe from any invasion/war or conflict that could cripple our economy.
thats all, just remember: stability, unity and order are much better than instability, conflicts and chaos.

That's why we need to move on from the status quo, so if now we are "week" and the population size is small it doesn't have to stay that way. We must get better and better with every month
