Here are the market prices of food and weapons for the day 1,751 in eCanada. As you can see, the prices of food are very similiar but the best buy taking the least storage space and having the lowest price per EN (energy point) is the Q5 food. As for the war industry goes, the best price per hit goes to the Q2 weapons, but this may not be the best or appropriate choice for you as it does not compute individual players strength and level. I'll dedicate some time into reading the system behind calculating one's influence per hit and incorporate this into my daily updates.
