Tomorrow sees two of the giants of the World of domestic football go head to head battling to win the Champions League trophy.

It's been a bizarre tournament this year; altered, delayed and played behind closed doors owing to the never f*cking ending Coronavirus pandemic. None-the-less, from PSG's injury time comeback against Atalanta BC to Bayern's 8-2 raping of Barcelona, the tournament has provided us with some great entertainment and hopefully tomorrow won't be an exception.

Will the French side simply hoist up the white flag and let ze German's march towards goal with ease?

Will Nigel Farage be outside the stadium claiming this is yet another example of Germany and France trying to take over modern Europe?

We will have to wait and see.

In the meantime however we're running a First/Last Goal sweepstake where you could win 250,000CC and even if you don't...each entrant gets 20 Gold! (Y'aaaargh).



After the disaster that was the eUK Art Competition I've devised probably the most simple competition ever to enter. You literally have to pick a number.

Yes, you just pick a unique* number between 1-46, shout it in the comments and then it's down to sheer luck and what happens on the day.

Here's the boring part...

After the final team sheets are announced each number/entrant will be assigned a player from the team sheet...so you could get Neymar or the third goalkeeper.

If your player is the first and only goalscorer you win 250,000CC.

If your player scores both the first and last goal you win 250,000CC.

If your player scores the first goal and another player scores the last (or vice versa) you split the pot.

If the game is 0-0 after 90mins the same rules apply in extra time and penalties (i.e. first penalty scorer and last penalty scorer).

...regardless each person gets 20 Gold (Y'aaaargh!) just for taking part.

The competition will close at Kick- Off on 20:00 BST / 21:00 CT on Sunday 23rd August

The competition is only open to citizens from the eUK, eIRE and eNL and is on a first come, first served basis.
