Ukraine has refused diplomatic talks with the USA despite our openness to these talks. They have gone behind our American backs and talked to other nations except us. They are cowards to our power. They fear our might.

It is this day that Ukraine will become our first and permanent settlement in Europe. Their unwillingness to cooperate is a casus belli for permanent future conflict, a claim for our permanent presence in their country. May they only ever hope to have their land back.

The day of our glorious American empire starts today. Our manifest destiny continues.
