Circle of Trust (Cot) made an official statement not 8 hours ago that Russia is now committing to a foreign policy initiative and cooperation pack and will now be known as a trial member of the CoT alliance institution. The membership roster is now 16 official members increased as well as trial base members being included. Read the official article here.
