I can't believe this... I wrote out an entire article, and eRepublik just ate it and it's gone. I even went back and forth in my browser, and it's gone. And it was the best article ever.

I am genuinely shocked right now.

But not surprised. After all, I was not able to post yesterday because I kept getting: "The server at www.erepublik.com is taking too long to respond."

I am stunned and need a moment to regroup.



That being the case, I'll just do some book-keeping here.

First, I want to apologize to Torrin. In all the clutter of my e-mail in-box I missed his message and invitation. So apparently I did get 3 such messages, and not two.

Secondly, I want to thank Seren and Concept for responding to my questions. Both gave me some serious and thoughtful answers, and so I will devote a future column to those answers.

Finally, a nod of appreciation to Hale126 for recommending me to Black Baroness. As of today, I am an ambassador, a member of the Dept. of State under President Killah. So that is all good stuff!
