The Romanian plan, also known as "the great disaster"

The Romanian plan, known to just about everyone by the beginning, is opening wars to regions they are not really interested in conquering. The logic behind it is simple: They expect the Russian citizens and the united PEACE forces to spend great amounts of gold, thus weakening their defensive position in the region they are interested in, Western Siberia.

The only problem is that a plan shouldn't just make sense in their mind, it should also work. While they are opening wars against secondary regions, Western Siberia was equipped with a defense system, thus strengthening our walls. Russian government saves more and more money to buy weapons and give them away when the time is right. We gain experience by fighting in the different fronts, unarmed. Due to our Q5 hospital we gain more wellness than what we lose in the war. We gain so much more that we rarely buy food anymore, thus saving more money to buy our own weapons and use them when the time comes.

Essentially, we owe a big "thanks" to the Romanian leaders, for drawing a plan that made Russian defense stronger than ever.
