As the title suggests, I’m leaving eRepublik. I don’t wanna turn this into a dramatic or sappy farewell article, so I’ll try to be as short as possible.

I’ve spent almost 9 years playing this game... Having started playing when I was barely 14, I can say that eRepublik has had a very strong impact on my growing up in real life. I’ve made many good friends here, some of whom I’ve met with in real life multiple times.

I am quitting due to real life health problems and due to the fact that I am supposed to graduate from college this year, so I have to invest a lot of time on writing my thesis, given the fact that I’ve chosen a topic that isn’t so simple.

I have no idea when or if I will return to play the game actively. I intend on getting a job right after I finish college, so I can’t foresee how much free time I’ll be having in the future.

When it comes to eSaudi Arabia related affairs, the next Country President and Party President shall be Transcendence. He has spent a lot of time playing for eSaudi Arabia, and has been my trusted adviser for years. He is 100% loyal to the country and its interests, and I have faith that he will do what is best for eSaudi Arabia. Thus, I am officially passing the leadership role onto him.

If you want to keep in touch with me, you can write to me via Telegram. My ID there is my real life name, @IvanDamnjanovic. Taking into consideration that I only use Telegram for eRepublik purposes, I might delete the account… Or not. I haven’t thought about it. Either way, I should be occasionally online there at least for some time, so if you have something to tell me, you may do so on Telegram. The people I am closer to have my mobile phone number, I won’t be writing it out in public.
