Simple math says winning the first 3 divisions equals 6 points which is bigger than 5 which you get from winning the Tanks Division.
So, a group of very organized people, all under level 37, that work together like brothers, twins, clones with a precision of a script will win any battle.
My opinion is that this update is good, adds a little strategy, but the Division separation should be made on other criteria like strength or hit.
Observation: With this update "tanks" are protected from bazooka fighters. And all countries have a fighting chance.

Make divisions depending on dmg per hit, not XP !

Make a stat on strength, rank, max hit and xp points, see that it is 95% the same
It's hard to have surviving clones/multies past the Ist division
I'm in the 5% tanks with strength
Agreed BA, the current stat can also be improved. Making it harder to get to next division. Level 37 is easy to achieve.

This update is very amusing to me. Maybe next update admins can remove countries and regions, just have game start on fight page. Maybe put a little 'work companies' button in corner. Be sure to put a big fat 'Buy Gold' button next to 'Fight'. 😛😛
