Technocratic Military Guide for Divisions II and III; Day 2257

Greetings Fellow eCitizens,

As many younger eCitizens may not be aware; self-sufficiency is a crucial consideration after transitioning from the second military division into the third for a variety of reasons; including but not limited to the following factors.

1) Many MU's encourage their second and third division recruits to participate in battles in order to gain additional territories based on the current Battlefield Module The Technocratic Vanguard remain of the opinion that individual eCitizens are to advance at their own discretion and should bear in mind that supplies are often leveraged with respect to their Strength attributes in most MU's which offer supplies in exchange for participation while considering which MU to join.

2) Some MU's also require 'meta' participation which can be a useful aspect of Military Planning however as stated previously in the initial five Technocratic Tenets ePlato has provided the player-base sufficient resources to coordinate their efforts via their respective MU shout feeds.

3) Once reaching Division Three Strength training should become the primary focus as once younger eCitizens reach Division Four of the Battle Module earning Battle Hero medals will be virtually impossible; as such it remains the opinion of the Technocratic Vanguard that a Fifth Military Division would be a welcome addition to the current Battle Module.

With these factors in mind it remains the case that once eCitizens reach Division Four the primary focus of eCitizen development should be shifted towards economic self-sufficiency beginning with daily bread consumption along with the production of Raw Materials.

It should also be noted that working within Commune Frameworks for supplies may no longer be as advantageous given the current Battle-Module Mechanics for those who have advanced to the Fourth Military divsion with relatively-lower strength levels who have become used to surviving on Gold rewards earned by Medals. With this in mind, those who plan ahead during the early stages of Division Three will be more successful in their efforts of keeping pace once their eCitizens reach Division Four where self-sufficiency is essential to an enjoyable and productive eCitizen experience.

With these points in mind it remains the hope of the Technocratic Vanguard that younger eCitizens will benefit from from the perspective provided above.

Tiamati, Commander of the Technocratic Vanguard.
