Long time ago when admin "fixed" econ I was a bit put off. I wrote an article in which I mentioned something about Romanian gypsies. The next thing I knew I had 3 FPs, my article was pulled and shouts, comments and newspaper was blocked for 72 hours. :/ Who knew they had no sense of humor.

The senate, on the other hand, has experienced a bit of turbulence because people have disagreed with the first point. It seems some think they have more discretion than others.

Gudz do you believe your own lies? Only a few days ago in a particular thread you made a big song an dance about a group who you detest handing out CS passes like candy. I would quote you directly here, but it is against that threads rules. But as a congress member and as a cabinet member, you should try and be honest.

Remember that thread has close to 30 people in it, so that's 30 odd people who know that you just openly and blatantly lied to the Australian people.

Such language. I am merely pointing out the fact that you state above:

Yet only two days ago, you said something completely different about the issuing of CS passes when a congress person questioned the details of the governments acceptance criteria.

Two days ago I pointed out the history of the debate, and the hypocrisy inherent in it. Feel free to post a screenshot of when I criticised a post democracy CS pass before an attempt was made to change the rules after I passed Guagature.

The acceptance criteria was never voted on. The law as it stands is that any senator can use their pass as they see fit. The Border Farce Pootrol is an advisory body appointed by the Prime Minister which only carries weight as an advisory body there to serve senators who may be in doubt as to whether to use their pass or not.

As we know from a previous senate term, you can't force senators to be accountable no matter how unjustified or ill explained you may think their actions are.

So is it running smoothly as per your original dry statement or not as per your follow up statements?

Please try and speak with clarity rather then back track or side step.

To clarify my original point:

The processing of applications has been smooth. No major threats have been flagged from those which have been passed.

The response to those passes and the debate about how things should be done has been less smooth.

And issues is a plural, so it doesn't need an apostrophe, unless I have an underling senator called issue who stated things, or unless you meant to a contraction of "issue is," in which case you'd need to change the "are" later in the sentence, which implies plural not singular.

I love when people go all "grammar Nazi" because they lack a proper response. Considering you said " I am surrounded by an idiot", to be surrounded, would imply you have a group of people around you, but idiot is not a plural. Unless you mean one idiot has his arms around you?

gbr_blue was the first one to disregard our cs rules, he's a mekkie and ADP'er, not RSU or CFH. Theolor and I were the ones who put up a stink over that and wanted our borders closed but more people used their cs passesx wrongly and now I don't give a crap if the whole country is PTO'd, MTO'd or dictator'd or whatever.

The "rules" as you call them only applied to the democratic dictatorship and were only decided on due to there not being mechanics to support such a government model.

Post democracy, there have been no rules voted on by the senate, hence the one pass per senator rule set by the mechanics applies. Even if there was a law voted on, the most the senate could do if someone went against it is to write a nasty letter.

Your party, the KMC is probably the only one which has abided by the rule you're proposing.

Technically wrong, I was not the first (really sorry for that, i wish i was). For someone missing that congress term, you are pretty confident. It is enough to zap the CS list and notice that my first CS pass was for an ARP and ADF member, and only the second one for a MEK. In the same list, you can see peoples using BOTH terms CS passes only for RSU and CFH members. But driving you crazy is priceless, the truth is irrelevant.
