GENERAL: Cada ronda va rápido, quince segundos cada una. No te demores.
Cada arma tiene su rango óptimo, no se si la acción Move camina una distancia fija o si es variable. Con 97% de chances, podés errar seguido. Usá armor. No te quedes sin balas. Para entrar tenes que pelear 5 veces. Si se te queda conectando, borrá el caché. Bajá el volumen de los parlantes.

VIDA: Se puede pelear y no perder absolutamente nada de vida, por lo tanto la pelea da ganancia de experiencia, influencia y rango, a cambio de las armas de GF. La vida que se pierde en la pelea se pierde de los FF. Es recomendable atacar con 100 de vida, para no estar en desventaja frente al otro.

ARMAS: Todavía no se puede saber si las armas o armor tendrán durabilidad. Las armas requieren de balas, tampoco sabemos si se van a poder recargar o vamos a tener que tirarlas y volver a comprarlas.

INVENTARIO: Según testimonios, al perder se pierden armas del inventario GF, aunque otras personas declaran no haber perdido nada. Todos los ganadores dijeron haber recibido algún item al ganar.



GENERAL: Rounds go fast. Fifteen seconds each. Do not dwadle.
Each weapon has an optimal range, I do not know if the Move action walks a specific distance or if it varies. With 97% hit chance, you might miss often. Use armor. Do not run out of bullets. To enter each fight, you might fight 5 times in the battlefield. If you have issues and it goes on 'scouting', try erasing the browser's cache. Turn your speaker's volume down.

HEALTH: You can fight without losing energy, winning experience, rank and influence without losing anything, using your GF weapons. Health lost in the fight is taken from your FF, so better fight with 100 to have better chances of winning.

WEAPONS: It is unknown if weapons and armor will have durabilty. Weapons require munition to be shot. Also unknown if they will have to be reloaded buying ammo packs or new guns altogether.

INVENTORY: According to user input, when you lose, some items will be taken from your GF inventory, though some claim losing nothing. All winners stated being given weapons upon the end of the fight.

As you probably know already, we are getting ready to launch the closed beta version of a project we have been working on for a while: Guerrilla Fights.

Before launching it for the entire community we would like you to beta test it first and to share your impressions with us.

The closed beta test will take place day 1,925 of the New World (Tuesday, the 26th of February 2013). Day 1,924 (Monday the 25th of February 2013) you will receive a message with all the instructions you need to join the beta test.

As we announced on Saturday, you have been chosen to participate in our first beta test for the Guerrilla fight. This message contains instructions on how to join the test so please keep on reading.

The test will start on Tuesday (day 1925), at 07:00 eRepublik time. The Guerrilla Fight will be available in only 3 resistance wars that will be flagged in the Wars page.

The test will end after approximately 2 hours when the banner under the sidebar disappears.

Once you pressed the Guerrilla Fight button you will enter a matchmaking queue for a limited period of time. If during that period on the other side no other players fight, the Guerrilla Fight will not start.

We would like to thank you for being part of the first closed beta test for Guerrilla fights. Things did not go as expected for some of you although that is the purpose of all tests, to determine possible bottlenecks in a "live" environment.

We want to apologize for the issues encountered during those two hours. We gathered valuable data and the team is working to address the present shortcomings.

We will share with you in the next few days when we will schedule the next closed beta and we hope you will join us in the next test as well.

SECOND BETA --- UPDATE

Thank you for your participation in the first test we made for the "Guerrilla Fights" project. We found the possible cause of the problems we encountered during the test, where some of the players were not able to enjoy the Guerrilla Fights even though they were added to the queue.

The next test will take place on day 1931(Monday) at 06:00 eRepublik time and it will only last ONE hour. We`ve set up a communication channel on IRC, we will be able to answer all your questions there.

MORE IMAGES, POSSIBLE BUGS AND WEIRD STUFF

Won here, beating a much stonger opponent.

Got awarded a helmet (same helmet can be bought)

Items get used! Not sure if this is randomized or after X or Y uses they get removed.

Possible BUG, where I got extra life.

Idem.

Winning again against a much more powerful foe.

Items keep getting used up.

Player disconnected. I had to fight the five enemies again to access a new fight. Possible bug.

Extra life yet again.

In the end, I was defeated by a 12k Legendary fighter, proving that STR might yet not be as decisive as PVP tactics and luck, even though stronger players get damage bonuses.
