Presidental Manifesto Part 2 | מצע לנשיאות חלק 2

שלום שוב לכל אזרחי אי-ישראל וערב טוב.
זהו החלק השני של המצע שלי לנשיאות.

למה אני חושב שמגיע לי להיות נשיא?

אני משחק כבר שנה וחצי ברצף לפני זה שיחקתי כל פעם לכמה חודשים ופרשתי ככה שבסך הכול אני משחק במשחק כסביבות שנתיים באיריפובליק.
אני מנוסה במשחק, עם הרבה ניסיון, הרבה חברים במשחק במדינות עדן וגם במדינות אחרות. בנוסף אני הייתי בערך כל תפקיד שאפשר להיות בממשלה חוץ מלהיות הנשיא עצמו, ואני אף אחד מהאנשים הכי פעילים באיי אר סי שיש בישראל.


אז בעצם מה אני אעשה החודש?
ובכן את החלק הזה אני עומד לפרק לכמה תחומים, תחום לכל משרד:

פנים:
מאחר וזה סוף סוף הקיץ, אני לא מבין איך יש לנו רק 1000 שחקנים שחלק עצום מהם לא פעיל.
אני רוצה לנצל את העובדה שזה קיץ ולנסות לחזור ל2000+ אנשים במדינה ושלפחות 100 מהם ייכנסו לאיי אר סי פעם/פעמיים ביום.
איך? אני בקשרים עם כל מיני אתרים שמוכנים לפרסם את המשחק, אני רוצה לחזור ל"ספאם" השבועי" בפורומים לפרסם את המשחק ויש לי עוד כמה רעיונות לכך.
מה עוד? אני רוצה להגביר את רמת הפעילות באיי אר סי של ישראל בידי הוספת לינק אליו בהודעה לשחקן חדש.
אני אף רוצה לעדכן את כל המדריכים הישנים, אני חושב שעם כל השינויים האחרונים שיש במשחק(ויש הרבה) מגיע לשחקנים חדשים או לאלה שהלכו לכמה זמן לדעת יותר טוב את המשחק.
אני רוצה גם לעשות סיכומים שבועיים של כל מה שנעשה השבוע מבחינת ממשלה, בעולם וכו' לאלה שנכנסים פחות ואין להם זמן לקרוא את הכול.
וכמובן חזרה של צוות התרגום לשימוש מיידי, ובחינם!


אוצר:
מבחינת האוצר אני רוצה לפתוח בתוכנית הלוואות בכדי לעזור לאנשים שרוצים לשדרג את הביניינים שלהם, או משהו בסגנון. אני יודע שניסו לעשות את זה בעבר אבל אני חושב שהפעם זה יצליח.
הגיע הזמן גם להתחיל להעביר כסף שוב לארגון הממשלתי יש כבר 300 אלף בבנק הממשלתי שאי אפשר לעשות איתו כלום.


ביטחון:
החודש נהיה החלטתיים לגבי מקום שנרצה לתקוף, לא נחליט סתם לתקוף ואז נוותר בשנייה האחרונה ונגיד לכולם להצביע לא לאוייב הטבעי. אני חושב שאי החלטיות יוצרת פילוג ופילוג זה לא מה שאנחנו צריכים כרגע.
וכמובן, התוכנית לארגן מחדש את צהל כעיקרון התוכנית לא גמורה לכן אני לא ארשום כל פרט שלה אלא רק כמה דברים שיש בה:
*הפרדה יותר גדולה של צהל מהממשלה, צהל לא צריך להיות כל כך כפוף לממשלה, אבל עדיין צריך להיות קשר.
*הוספת אלופים אשר תפקידם יהיה כמו מפקדים.
*תחילת תוכנית אספקה חדשה.


חוץ:
על פי מה שנאמר לי, בקושי היו נציגים ישראלים בפגישה האחרונה בעדן, אני אדאג שזה לא יקרה שוב, שלפחות יהיו 2 נציגים ישראלים בפגישות של עדן.
כמובן שתוכנית שגרירות תחזור,מאחר ולא נצפה שגריר ישראלי בהרבה זמן.
חזרה של הצאנל #israel.mofa בו שגרירים אחרים יוכלו לבוא לשאו שאלות וכו'.
פרוייקט ביחד עם משרד הפנים בו יהיה מידע לגביי כל מדינה ( מי ראש הממשלה שלה שר הביטחון וכו' ) .


הגירה:
אני חושב שזה אחד מהמשרדים הכי חשובים שלא מקבל הרבה תשומת לב, כל אחד מאשר כל מי שהוא רוצה וככה מגיעים הרבה pto.
אני רוצה להרחיב את המשרד הזה היות גם אחראי על חלק מההצעות בקונגרס, הכוונה זה שהמשרד יארגן את הבחירות לאחראי הכנסת, לא שהוא יהיה אחראי הכנסת.

Hello again to the citizens of eIsrael and good evening.
This is part 2 of my presidential manifesto for the month of august.

Why do I think I deserve to be a president?
I've been playing this game for a year and a half now, with a few times before the year and a half where I played for a couple of months and quit, making it 2 years overall.
I'm very experienced in this game, been one of the most active guys on irc, have done most if not all government positions besides the position of president itself.


So, what are my actual plans for the upcoming month if elected?
Well, my plans are divided into ministry plans:

Interior:
Since, its almost the middle of the Israeli summer, we should have around 1,500 citizens in the country, or
at least over an average of 40 people on IRC, well at the moment we have 1,000 citizens with an average of
31 people on IRC.
I want this to change, I will try and create a baby boom (With the help of others of course), to try and get us to the 2,000 citizen milestone, I'm already in touch with a few sites we can advertise in.
I also want to add a direct link to the IRC in the new player message, to increase IRC activity.
The ministry will go over the old guides and update them to the current date, a lot has changed in that time.
We are going to start making weekly summaries of what happened in the world, in Israel and in the game.
And obviously, the translation team is back and now for FREE!


Finance:
As I mentioned in the previous article we are going to try and start a loan program to help new and old players upgrade their training buildings/companies.
I also think its time to start moving some cash from the country to the organization.


Defense:
This month we are going to make the decisions on time, and not have half the people vote yes and half no, we will try be decisive, being indecisive creates groups, and splits the community which is bad.
And of course, the eIDF reorganization/reform, well since its just a plan at this stage I will not go into too much details but will type some general things we want to accomplish:
*Greater separation of the eIDF from the government, the eIDF will not have to be so subordinate to the government, but should still be connected to it.
*Reimplementing Aluf levels in the eIDF command.
*New supply program. ( Will be discussed at the first article if elected ).


Foreign:
As I've been told there were barely any Israeli representatives in the latest EDEN summit, I'll try and make sure this never happens, make sure there are at least 2 every meeting.
The ambassador program is going to come back, haven't spotted an Israeli ambassador in ages.
Reopening #israel.mofa to be a place where different ambassadors can come and ask questions.
And a new project to have information about every country ( Who is the president, who is the MoD, etc..).

Immigration:
Expanding this ministry to also be the one in charge of creating the "Congress leader" poll/election.
I would also like to get a few more people into this ministry because its just important as the other ones, its in charge of blocking PTO's and should be taken more seriously.
