Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. Gentlemen. It has come to my attention that a astronomically large conspiracy of national embezzlement has occured. That is to say, nation institutions are being swindled -- and the taxes of the average man, woman, father, son and daughter -- are being pocketed.

How can we, the nation of the purest sand, of the great Holy Empire, and the flawless leader of old Dio Brando whom held the world in his palms; allow this to happen?

My friends, adversaries, spectators -- we have lost the way, we have become complacent. We have allowed ourselves to become organs of the oligarchy to thieve from ours mouths, to enslave us. More than anything, we have an enemy within us -- a dirty, blackened cancer that must be eradicated.

Rise up, rise up! Oh, rise up great patriots!


Our resistance shall be absolute. We shall crush the political mafias with an iron fist.

3,000,000 CC has been stolen, as well as countless gold and PKR, from the State Bank of Pakistan -- from a group that eats and eats -- these people have denied your representatives, the Presidents that YOU have elected past and present from having access to the State Bank... or even telling them where this money goes.

Like pigs of no other, they eat and eat while Pakistan is occupied and starving. They will say they will fight against our enemies, but they won't; they serve themselves, they dine with our blood and tears, they laugh themselves hoarse with our sorrow and they do not miss an opportunity to sell the people of this nation as slaves. We do not work for the country. Our economy is nothing. We work for these cowards, pigs and traitors.

It is with this that I, Supreme Commandment of the Pakistan Revolutionary Front, declare:

"Complete war against the oligarchy, to the death, and all enemies of the Pakistani Nation, State and People. No surrender, retreat or cowardice shall be tolerated."
