Once in a life time experience, getting hacked. [EN/PT]

I had just bought a lot of gold, i was really happy, feeling the power of having a shitlot of gold in my acc, so i decided to get my first CH medal, i started by getting a BH with 490k of damage, in queensland, Australia, anyway, im waiting for my health to re-fill while checking out the cool features of buying gold, talking to ppl on msn and skype, and irc, normal day.

Im still not sure how it happened, i already worked my way back trying to remember a couple of times but nothing, anyway, i got hacked, and i got screwed, there is nothing like the feeling of pressing f5 and see all the gold going away, (the last 10 gold were the most painful) having the feeling that you just spent a hundread euros on the game, and all of sudden, losing everything. The desperate way you react, trying to save the money, trying to recover the acc, for nothing.

Due to what i believe being a bug (i had the remember me option on, and i never was logged out), I had to watch all happening, I was inside my account all the time, and couldnt do anything: to change you email, you need the password, to retrieve the password you need the email, making then impossible for me to get my acc back.

Going back to IRC, telling everyone not to give me anything, not to send any messages.I got a friend asking me what is happening with my land? and why am i writing those articles, he asked me if i was stupid or something, i guess i was:

After all, 600 days being a good player, never did anything to bother anyone, the first forfeit point on my acc, isnt mine, ironic.

In the hour after the acc was under someone else control i lost: all my gold, all my currencies, all my items, my 4 Q5 houses were sold at the market for 0.1 (i feelt especially ofended here), all my alerts and messages, also got a FP.

Well ok, i already got no newspaper, no shouts, no items, no money, no gold, what else can happen?


The next morning i get a angry letter of a close frien😛 "Why the fuck you removed me from your friend list?" and im like, WHUUTT??, he removed all my friends, my whole friendlist was erased, this is what i believe being the worst thing he did, i had more than friends there, i had memories, i had ppl who left the game, but were still in my friend list, making then, impossible to recover it, i really hope that everyone that is reading this add me, i really would appreciate it.

The other great loss was here, on my news paper, my articles, all of them were erased, at this moment i really didnt know what to do, i could republish it, but, whats the point, i mean, losing articles, memories, comments..it really sucks.

I did send a ticket 1h after the hacker striked, and i guess i was lucky, the team was ready to help, i had total support, was hlped the hole time and had fast response, took a total of 24h to have my acc back under my control, i dont believe anyone from the team will read this, but really, thanks a lot and i appreaciate the help i got.

About the other losses, all my gold, all my currencies, all my items, those im still waiting to see what happens, the bazookas i was keeping on my storage, were all assembled and wasted, the loyalty points were spent, im not sure on what yet, the friendlist was erased, the PMs were erased, the articles erased, not sure how to deal with all of it yet.

The funny part, i spent 605 days in the game without ever buying gold, less then 12h after i bought gold for the first time, i get hacked...FML

There are a lot of people i have to thank, and im affraid if i write the names down i might forget someone, i dont want that, so im speacially thanking 4 people.

Eu tinha acabo de comprar um monte de gold, estava muito feliz, sentindo o poder de ter um monte de gold na conta, então decidi pegar a primeira campaing hero medal, comecei dando 490k de dano em Queensland, Australia, bom, esperando minha vida enxer, vendo as coisas legais para comprar com gold, conversando no skype, msn e no irc, dia normal.

Ainda não tenho certeza de como aconteceu, tentei me lembrar algumas vezes mas nada, bom, fui hackeado, e me ferrei, não tem nada como a sensação de apertar f5 e ver todo o gold indo embora(os ultimos 10 foram os mais dolorosos) tendo a sensação que vc gastou um monte de euro(real?) no jogo e, derrepente, perder tudo. A maneira desesperada com que você reage, tentando recuperar a conta, por nada.

Por algo que eu creio ser um bug(a opção de lembrar me estava ligado e nunca deslogava), eu assisti tudo acontecer, estava dentro da conta todo o tempo e não podia fazer nada, e para mudar o email, você precisa da senha, e para recuperar a senha precisa do e-mail, tornando impossível pra eu recuperar a conta.

Voltei ao irc, disse a todos para n me darem nada, não mandar mensagens também. Tinha um amigo me perguntando o que estava acontecendo com a minha "My Land" e por que eu estava escrevendo aqueles artigos, ele me perguntou se eu era idiota ou algo, eu pensei que eu fosse:

Depois de 600 dias sendo um bom jogar, nunca fazer nada para incomodar ou sacanear alguem, o primeiro 'forfeit point' não é meu, ironico.

Em uma hora em que a conta estava no controle de alguem eu perdi todo o meu gold, minhas moedas, todos os meus itens, minhas 4 casas Q5 foram vendidas no mercado por 0.1 CC(moeda local) (eu me senti especialmente ofendido aqui), todos os meus alertas e mensagens e ainda ganhei um Forfeit Point(FP)

Bom, ok, já perdi o jornal, shout, itens, dinheiro, gold, o que mais pode acontecer ?

No outro dia recebi uma mensagem brava de um amigo "Por que você me deletou da sua lista de amigos" ? e eu estava como "O QUE" ? Ele removeu todos os meus amigos, toda minha lista de amigos foi apagada, eu acho que esta foi a pior coisa que ele fez, eu tinha mais que amigos aqui, tinha memórias, tinha pessoas que sairam do jogo mas ainda estavam na minha lista de amigos, os tornando impossível de recuperar, eu espero que todos que estão lendo me adicionem, eu apreciaria isso.

A outra grande perda foi aqui, no meu jornal, meus artigos, todos eles, deletados, neste momento eu não sabia o que fazer, eu poderia republica-los, mas qual a noção ? quero dizer, perder todos os artigos, as memórias, comentários. Isso é foda.

Eu enviei um ticket 1 hora depois do hacker atacar, e eu acho que eu fui sortudo, o suporte estava pronto para ajudar, eu tive ajuda total, fui ajudado todo o tempo e tive respostas rápidas, demorou 24h para recuperar minha conta, eu não sei se alguem do suporte vai ler isso, mas de verdade, muito obrigado e eu agradeço a ajuda que eu consegui.

Sobre as outras perdas, todo meu gold, todas minhas moedas, todos meus itens, estou esperando para ver o que irá acontecer, as bazookas que eu estava guardando, todas juntadas e desperdiçada, os 'loyalty points' foram gastos e ainda não tenho certeza no que, minhas mensagens e minha lista de amigos, nao sei como lidar com tudo isso ainda.
