There are some people who want to PTO eNorth Korea working at low health， please be careful.

And for the general salary, it is at the level because company like stone and house companies can make profit for it.....although company of other types will lose money...but that is unavoidable market competition...

And to help baby players, many old players will always give 300-health food to their babies. So they may be have enough food.

@Beacon.Zh, according to my observation that is ~75% players get 300 wellness everyday from someone else from the first day to the world or till Level 15 or till they have themselves' grain+food companies or sth similar...

75% players get 300well? wow...then is it hard to work with 100well?i olso posted an ofer to offer them bread and basic salary but nobody is interested...i don't know what will they win if they work with 20well...they will get that day salary,more managers will stop posting offers...and they will work with log salary's...then were will the money come from?i don't have clones like others...that is the problem...if i would have had clones in all my companys then i would have been in top players...but i wanted to play fair...but looks like nobody does...

.Every eChina company manager enconter similar problem of low wellness worker so basically they find workers via channel outside the games...so amount of job offer on market had been decreased sharply since before....and clones are used by enemy from ONE and NWO to make others losing money instead of helping themself in this case....and as i said most eChina players ignore English newspapers and think they are for non-chinese players in eChina..so they usually won't read it..

and most people get support from their friends in game would work in companies of their friends..

The NK PTOers from serb is trying to damage eChina economy by working with very low wellness.....they are not either eChinese or eNker..

hard workers are hard to come by, that's why i stopped hiring anyone a long time ago.

Perhaps you should PM your employees as well to inform them work with high wellness otherwise you should fire them immediately
However, if you think it's unfair you can leave and find another place, but if you don't understand the whole picture and say such unrealistic thing to hurt our image then it's unfair as well

it's a matter of echinese economy...salaries in word...i think it's related...

i met this prob too. Many workers who are polish or huns work with 50well or even low, some newbie workers hv chinese citizen but their fiends belong to those contries. I think it's part of the war.
Calm down, i dont hire any worker now, except friends.
