Thanks to the President's open attitude and cooperation, I've been assigned as the Minister of Defense. Hence, from this day and I guess for the next term as well, we are reviving the ministry. Until today, MoD was dead.
I've devised a plan for the next month to start to remedy the most crucial problem - activity and retention of young players. This process will enable us to pursue more ambitious plans later on. Hence, the Ministry of Defense is going to focus primarily on building the Kiwi Military Academy as a regiment within the NZ Army. Of course, the Ministry that consists of one person is not really a ministry and its abilities are very limited, hence I'm calling on all New Zealanders to help out. I can pay a modest salary of 5 gold from my own pocket at the end of the term if the job is performed well.
Currently I am looking for a commander of the Military Academy regiment. The main tasks would be identifying, inviting and interacting with young players.
Later on, if time and political will permits, I want to open up a crediting program for new players to give them stipends during 50% off to upgrade q1 training centers.

I don't know why you trying to achieve this goal" activity and retention of young players" but you can try.
There will come a new government, and destroy all what were you doing but good luck.
Getting new players to join and stay in eNZ has been an endless struggle for the last 4 years since the country was put on the map. Always welcome people to try something they think can work, but I don't suspect you will have much success

Guys this is the only alive module in erepublik, so it is the only part of the game that makes it a game. Obviously even if what I'm doing succeeds, it's not going to last forever. But that why we are here, to play the game.
