Join the new world

So I've given you a rough outline of my plans and ideas if I'm elected but where would my plans end up if I don't have the right people to carry it out with me?
Well if you've wondered that yourself, this article is dedicated to answering who will be running the various departments and a more in-depth idea of what I expect from them.

First up is my VP:
This is probably one of the hardest positions to do in my mind, there's really not much written for a vp to do unless you give them something to do.
My vp will mostly be focusing on media and if you read a bit more I’m sure you'll understand why.
I've already revealed who I asked to do that job and that would be Fingerguns.

Since she's not really being utilized in the executive this month, I think it’s only fair to force her to be utilized in my cab. She’s a perfect choice for any position in the Feds but I’m going to need someone who can give me solid advice and someone who's not afraid to put me in my place if I’m wrong. I think fg is perfect for that. She’s also a fantastic writer and as long as she's around I plan on forcing her to write as much as she's able to.

Next up is my Chief of staff:
If you haven't already figured it out, CoS is probably my favorite thing to do. As CoS your kind of the taskmaster of the team, it’s your job to boss people around to get the job, your job to fill in the gaps when someone or something prevents something from getting done, and your also one of the main advisors for the PP.

In my mind I think I’ve made a perfect choice for my cos as well, I've chosen Tyler Bubblar.

Tyler has been eager for something to do ever since his real life has calmed down and I know if he's willing and able to put time into anything it'll be done well. Tyler's another known and proven Fed and that's what the CoS position is perfect for.

Now for my Retention and Recruitment director:
Retention is probably my main focus for my term. Retention creates activity, helps with recruitment, and helps people enjoy the game as much as possible.
In my opinion a well ran Retention program is one of the main strengths of our party.
Another opinion of mine is that the RR department is best ran when a newer player is willing to take the reins, has his own ideas, and has the drive to do what needs to be done.

My RR director is Psybertron.

He's a little different then my last two picks, my first two picks are pretty much Federalist legends, Psybertrons a bit new compared. Another thing is that I didn't ask him to do this at all, he asked me. I think that says something by itself, someone who wants to do something will almost always be better than someone forced. He has his own ideas as well, which gives him his own motivation as well. That's why I’m willing to give him a shot at something in leadership, he has got plenty of old faces to him along with whatever he needs and as long as he keeps his motivations I think he'll be a great addition.

The political director is next: I think this is a fairly obvious one, Paul is my PD.

I actually didn't get to ask Paul to head this department for me, he asked me to run it before I could. Paul is the perfect person for this job, he has actually written the rules that a pd has to live by so very few other people would know how to run this department better then him.


Second to last comes the FBI director:
I'm asking Shadowber to continue on as the FBI director.

Shadow has run the FBI for a few months now and he knows how it works, much like paul he has made his own impact on the department itself. I would value his advice if we ever have issues that involve the fbi or forum security as well.

Last is my Media Director:
The reason I saved this one for last is because I don't have one at the time that I’m writing this. I've asked a few people and they either haven’t replied to me yet or they don't have the time to handle a job like this.
So this section is to ask anyone that's reading that might have an interest in doing more for the party, a spot is open for them. If I don't get someone to fill this department in time, I will be asking someone in another position to take Media over.

Edit- I have a Media director.
His name is wasp15. He is also a new player much like Psybertron and hes also someone who asked me for a job. Ive seen him write before and i believe hes got what it takes to run the department the way it should be.
In final that's pretty much it. I've given you all my plan and the people that's going to help me make my plans a reality. I feel that I really have the chance to help our party continue being great.

I hope you at least consider voting for me when the time comes. Becoming the PP of the Feds and being someone who has the ability to help us be as amazing as we can, has always been something that I’ve wanted to do.
