My name is Tom Kafir, most of you know me for a quite a while now.

It has come to my attention that in the past few weeks there were a few changes on the eIsraeli communication system the IRC.
Perfect_Knight cleared the operator list and set only two operators to start with: Yuvy15 and Sidewinder.
Yuvy15 instead of using his power well and making sure we wont spam decided to abuse his powers and ban on every reason possible such as : faking yourself by calling yourself TomKafir2, being with random names and for being International Heroes.
Besides that, I suddenly went on #itrade because one of my friends got banned there by a guy called givati187, i asked him why does he have op there and the results you can see here:

After that part I was banned, mibbit does not save bans so it didn't appear in the log.
After half a day I was unbanned by a nice friend called eyalbaruch, by that time I found out that givati187 also been added as an operator in the official eIsraeli channel, at the beginning I was fine with that but then givati started kicking me for no reasons and after a while he suddenly banned me from #itrade and the official eIsraeli channel.
I was a little annoyed by that and cursed givati, which I am sorry about and he responded with a series of threatening messages in Hebrew to ban me from channels :

(The first message is him saying oh I didn't see you were on #itrade , then banning me and all the other messages are threatening me or saying thatcher or anybody else wont get me unbanned. In the end of this givati decided to say that if I curse him 1 one more time he will ban me from #itrade again and I didn't so he copied an old curse I said to #eisrael and banned me there)
By now I was banned for around 4 times from the eIsraeli channel and 12 times from #itrade, I have logs all of those conversations saved if anybody needs a proof.
is this the level of maturity and cultural tolerance an OP should have?


I think you should give operator status to a couple more people such as G0DOFWAR (Perm op) Danielmorad Octaviusj eyalbaruch EvilPsycho and some more trusted people so the channel will always be safe.

I would also like to note that yuvy15 is now less banning for no reason and is nicer.

הוריד את כל האופ לכל מי שהיה ונתן רק ל2 אנשים: יובי15 וסיידוינדר.
יובי15 ניצל את זה וחילק באנים בחופשיות, על כל סיבה נניח אני היתי פייקר של עצמי כי שעמם לי והוא נתן לי באן.
חוץ מזה, נכנסתי לערוץ אייטרייד מאחר וחבר שלי קיבל שם באן על ידי משהו בשם גבעתי187, הלכתי לבדוק למה הוא קיבל באן והנה השיחה:

בעצם כל מה שקרה בשיחה זה ששאלתי אם הוא אופ הוא התעצבן ונתן לי באן, הבאן לא מופיע מאחר והלוג הוא ממיביט ונשמר רק השיחה עצמה במיביט.
אחרי חצי יום שאייל ברוך הוריד לי את הבאן מאיי טרייד גבעתי קיבל אופ בערוץ הישראלי, אחרי כמה זמן גבעתי התחיל לתת באנים וקיקים בלי סיבה ואחרי שאמרתי משהו לא יפה עליו כי הוא נתן לי קיק בלי סיבה הוא נתן לי באן מאייטרייד ואחרי 5 דקות גם מהערוץ הישראלי.
אני שהייתי מעוצבן מזה קיללתי אותו קצת לאחר שהתחיל לקלל אותי מעצבים שהורידו לי את הבאן מאייטרייד והערוץ הישרלאי אז הוא התחיל לאיים עליי:

את ההודעה הרראשונה ושנייה הוא רשם כשראה שירד לי הבאן מאייטרייד ונתן לי באן משם ההודעה השנייה הייתה שביקשתי ממישהו שיוריד לי את הבאן ושימו לב שבאחת ו2 דקות הוא רשם שאם אני מקלל עוד פעם אחת הוא נותן לי באן, אני רשמתי שאני לא סובל את הבאנים האלה באייטרייד ב12 ו56 דקות והוא איים שם ונתן לי באן בערוץ הישראלי על הסיבה שבשתים עשרה ו56 דקות רשמתי שהוא מעצבן והוא נתן את הבאן בכלל באחת ועשרה.
עד עכשיו קיבלתי באן מהערוץ הישראלי בסביבות 4 פעמים ומאייטרייד 12 פעמים.
האם זו רמת הבגרות ווהסבלנות הדתית שצריך להיות לאופ?


אני חושב שצריך להביא אופ לגוד אוף וור דניאל מורד אוקטביוס לאון אייל ברוך ועוד כמה אנשים שבטוחים בהם במקום סתם אנשים שחופרים בפרטי לאנדריי.

אני גם רוצה להבהיר שיובי15 השתפר נהיה יותר נחמד ובוקשי נותן באנים היום.
