After a brief hiatus, the Joey Development Scheme is back.

The scheme is open to all eAussie D1 players (level 34 or under) who haven't signed up for it before, and it pays 1 Gold for each task completed.

Previously, the JDS has been administrated by an independent director, however, to ensure continuity, I'm bringing it under the umbrella of the Department of Finance.

Applicants or donors can message the current MoF, listed as Governor on the eAustralian Politics Tab.

Donations can be made via the monetary market, where the Joey Development Scheme is buying gold for $1 each.



Note that screenshots may be required as proof of completion for some tasks.

Task 1 - Join the Australian Defence Force Military Unit - there are many benefits from joining a Military Unit including daily supplies if you complete your Daily Orders.

The Daily Orders reward you with a 100 energy health bar and a bazooka, but for now they are best stockpiled in your storage until you reach a higher strength. The Australian Defence Force is specifically there to help young players - those in Division 1. Wise old gamers will tell you that the less fighting you do in the early stages the better, so just complete your daily orders (25 kills) and concentrate on training.

Task 2 - Join a political party. If you wish to represent your country in eAustralian senate then you have to be part of a political party. It also will open up doors to parts of our community you may miss otherwise. Whether you seek an ePolitical career or just stay for the community, it can be a rewarding experience.

Task 3 - Upload an Avatar. It’s as simple as that! You can upload an avatar and edit your profile by clicking your name on the left side of the screen. Avatars have to be a .jpg image and the ideal size is 150x150 pixels. You can also ask for us to make you an avatar, just comment below and we will be in touch with you or if you prefer you can ask your MU Commander or President of your Political Party.

Task 4 - Have 20 eAustralians on your friends list. You can add people by clicking on their profile and clicking the “add friend” button on the top right of their profile. The more friends you have, the more help and support you will get, and the more you will get to know the community better!

Task 5 - Reach level 15. This one doesn’t take long at all, but we strongly advise you take your time.

Task 6 - Upgrade free training centre. Upgrading your free training ground will mean that you will gain more strength every day. To upgrade your free training ground, click on “My Places” on the top bar, then click Training Grounds (next to your companies).
The top training ground is your free one, and it costs 20 gold to upgrade to a Q2 quality training ground. We would advise that you wait until there is a Training Ground deal on (you’ll see this at the top of your homepage when the deal is on), meaning that you can upgrade your Training Ground for 45% less gold, so instead of it costing you 20 gold, it will cost you 11 gold. Using this training ground will mean you gain 10 strength a day, instead of 5. As proof of completion of this task we will require a screen shot of the upgrade.

Task 7 - Register on the eAustralian national forums and play a part in our growing community. You will meet many friendly people who are always willing to help you. They are not just threads about the game, but also fun threads so don't feel intimidated and come and say Hello. Moderators and administrators are elected regularly so why not join the peoples forums?

Task 8 - Complete 10 forum posts - As we have stated above the eAustralian national forums doesn’t just have threads concerning eRepublik. You will find threads about sports, music, you-tube, spam and waffle amongst others. So why not introduce yourself and say hello and mark the first post off your list?

Task 9 - Get on IRC. IRC is the instant chatroom used by the the eRepublik community to share up-to-date game news, not to mention to just socialise with their community. You just click the link and enter your eRepublik name and you’re automatically thrown into the eAustralia IRC room. It is that simple so come and pay us a visit.

Task 10 - Create your own newspaper and write your first article. It costs two gold but this reward will repay you the two gold so you basically get a free newspaper and can create your own media empire. Some use them for political articles, some for their views on outside real world events and some just for fun and random gifs and hilarious Images they want to share. You can also earn money from article endorsements.

Task 11 - Buy and use a Q1 house. Go to market place and purchase a Q1 house, once purchased go to your places/storage and click on the house. This will now give you an additional +50 health and for every hour activated will give you 1 overtime point. You can use these overtime points to work more than once a day creating more money in your pocket from wages. Note; 24 overtime points are required for extra work. To receive the reward for this task please provide a screenshot of the activated house in your storage.

Task 12 - Build a Q1 Food Factory - A food factory is a great way to become self sufficient, and any surplus you may have can be sold on the market for extra cash. As proof of completion of this task we will require a screen shot of your company screen.

Task 13 - Spawn a Fish Farm - This will be more than enough to supply your Q1 food factory. As proof of completion of this task we will require a screen shot of your company screen.

Task 14 - Achieve your first hard worker medal. You gain this medal after working either in someone else's company or your own for 30 days. They don’t have to be concurrent days, just so long as at some point you have worked and trained a total of 30 days. You’ll also get a 5 gold reward every time you get a Hard Worker medal.

Task 15 - Earn 100 strength points through training.

Task 16 - Obtain your first Super Soldier medal (250 strength points). Keep training, you’ll soon get it! You’ll also get a 5 gold reward every time you get a Super Soldier medal, which you get at every 250 strength (250, 500, 750, 1000 etc…).

Task 17 - Obtain your second Super Soldier medal (500 Strength points), each Super soldier medal is earned when you grow 250 in strength.

Task 18 - Upgrade your free training ground a second time. Upgrading your free training ground from Q2 to Q3 will mean that you will gain 15 strength a day, instead of 10.
Again, wait until there is a Training Ground deal on (you’ll see this at the top of your homepage when the deal is on), meaning that you can upgrade your Training Ground for 45% less gold. As proof of completion of this task we will require a screen shot of the upgrade.

Task 19 - Upgrade your Food Factory to Q2 - Wait until the 45% off company upgrade sale and it will only cost you 11 Gold. As proof of completion of this task we will require a screen shot of your company screen.

Task 20 - Obtain your third Super Soldier medal (750 Strength points), each Super soldier medal is earned when you grow 250 in strength.

Task 21 - Reach the in-game rank of Commander. Just a little bit more playing this game will get you to this one but again do not rush it. JDS will still be here no matter how long it takes you to reach this rank.

Task 22 - Earn a True Patriot medal! Battling for your nation and creating 100,000 TP points will give you 1,000CC and a shiny new medal

Task 23 - Complete all tasks! Seems daunting, but with a little time all of these tasks can be easily completed.
