Ireland screwed over for V1 resources: No oil.

The Republic of Ireland's natural gas and oil reserves IRL have been completely ignored for V1, as Ireland receives only grain and (one) iron resources. I view this as a vast mistake.

Meanwhile, Belfast receives oil from the Rockall fields, in some sort of farce as the Rockall shelves are closer to Donegal, and aren't actually being extracted in reality compared with the Corrib fields in the Republic that are.....

We do have to bare in mind a few things tho, many countrys have been taken over, if they are later freed then they gotta have some resources!
