So let's talk about allies.
An enemy of my enemy is my friend.
A real ally, though, is my friend with benefits. A true bro. Someone I can work with.
In this endless election cycle we must suffer month after month, we are given opportunities time and again to come together for a common good. The last Congressional election saw cooperation I wasn't sure was even possible anymore! With the upcoming POTUS election, I hope we can once again be pleasantly surprised and all of America can share in being p/h.
We NEED a unity candidate in this election. It's not optional. Failure to rally behind a good candidate will be big trouble. This is going to be tough. From what I understand, recent campaigns for POTUS have been especially dirty and part of that jerking around has contributed to our vulnerability.
Can't do it, guys. Not this time.
This is a game and it's supposed to be fun, but it isn't fun for people to have their country overrun by terrorists, ya'heard?
I try to keep my ear to the ground and I'm relatively certain I know all of the people who are going to throw their hat in the ring for POTUS. There are a couple of good choices, but all good players have enemies, no doubt. Even me, the adorable super Fed, if you can believe it. That's the price you pay for standing up for what you believe in (or for occasionally being a wank).
Everyone is going to want 'their guy' to be 'the guy.' It will be hard to take a step back and put personal feels aside. It will be hard to rally behind somebody that you may not like very much or someone who you feel did you wrong in some way a hundred years ago.
But rally we must.
We MUST.
Country stuff > your personal stuff
If you're not active in your party, now is the time. Every party holds a primary. Learn about the candidates, talk with your fellow party members, make your decisions. But realize that the best (and really only) way for us to keep America safe is for there to be ONE American candidate (up against whoever the terrorists nominate).
Every election is another battle. We have to win!
We can do this, guys. I believe SO HARD.

John Largo is popular across the board and would make a great unity candidate, plus he's been the premier US tank since Lantrip left the game.
I suggest a primary within the party, and then a national primary between the other Legit 4 of the Big 5 parties. This way all of the Legit 4 then know who to vote for.

I dunno, I like the idea of a unity candidate. It would be nice if we were allies amongst ourselves. Not sure if we can put aside the nonsense, but I really hope we can.
