How to Party President

Day 1,998, 15:57 Published in USA Canada by Greene12

The Feds are in the middle of one of our most exciting PP elections yet, the candidates are all proud, horny, and top notch. The race is between Tiacha, Jakov Mikhailovich, The Original Fawkie, and BigCDizzle

The excitement of this particular election has had me thinking, what exactly is the role that only the Party President can fill? What makes them different from a Party Chief of Staff, and what should we expect from them?

A PP and a CoS have many of the same responsibilities that fall under Party Maintenance. There are daily issues that need to be addressed, pre-set tasks, line items to be ticked off the list. The fed leadership team routine operates the same every day. The CoS, and implicitly the PP, are responsible for this daily functioning of the party. Someone has to make sure that various party departments are working, they're staffed, they're accomplishing their goals. There are monthly tasks such as getting a PoTUS Primary Poll posted and picking congress priorities. Regardless of who PP is, this stuff has to happen or the operations of the party begin to fail.

Certainly, this is all the jerb of the PP, like everything that happens in a party, the PP is responsible for Party Maintenance. This is their first job, Whether they appoint an agent to handle the day to day or not.

So what must a PP do, that no one else can do?

I've seen a lot of leaders chose one big thing to do during their tenure. The CP may pledge war with a certain country, a militia leader may devote time to building up their commune structure, and a Party President might start a new project, a new department, a new initiative. This is the second job that the PP must do: Lead. Apart from the maintenance of ensuring the right people are in the right places, a Party President has to come up with something new, they can't just leave the party functioning smoothly, they also have to leave the party bigger and better than before.

Being a solid administrator is good, but administration doesn't mean creativity. A President's ability to organize must create something we can all be proud/horny about. I trust that all our Fed Candidates for PP this month have an idea that they want to lead on, a new initiative, a new plan, a new kickass idea for the best party in the world to tackle.

I cant wait to see how the Feds are going to change this month, what we'll add, and what our PP will build.
