Svud pa i ovde na eRepu svako od nas ima po neki hobi, moj hobi je igranje u kuhinji.
Pa evo jednog recepta da popunite vreme dok traje jedna ebitka
Krekeri


Sastojci:
•sira 250 gr
•puter 250 gr
•brašna 500 gr
•prašak za pecivo 1
•1 kasicica kurkuma u prahu
•jaje 1
•po ukusu so, kim, susam
Uputstvo za pripremu:
Penasto umutiti puter. Dodati izgnječen sir i soli po ukusu (u zavisnosti koji sir koristite).
Zatim usuti brašno pomešano sa praškom za pecivo i kurkuma prah. Umesiti u kompaktnu masu, da se testo ne lepi za prste. Ako se lepi dodati još brašna.
Testo zatim rastanjiti na debljinu od 1 1/2 - 2 cm, i praviti štapiće, kružiće ili neke druge oblike (u zavisnosti kakve kalupe imate). Poređati na podmazan pleh, premazati umućenim jajetom, posuti susamom ili kimom (ko šta voli) i staviti u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180 stepeni.
Peći 10-tak min, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Prijatno!!!

ko voli moze dodati malo belog vina i naravno brasna po potrebi 🙂

Bake about 10 minutes until they turn golden. Pleasant !!!
