HELP!! Sore Throat.

I have this really bad sore throat. Usually turns into a common cold when the inflammation reduces, which usually last 2 to 3 days.

Unfortunately, this one has will be almost 15 days tomorrow. Been to a doctor, the medicines made it worse (after a temporary relief of 2 days).

Looking for cure or relief measure used all around the world.

It might be a little weird discussing a health issue on eRep BUT DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES!

Also, will help any one going through the article facing the same problem.

How is a sore throat treated?
Treatment
The treatment for a sore throat depends on the cause. However, you can treat many sore throats at home. Home treatment options include:

gargling with warm salt water
drinking plenty of warm fluids, such as teas, soup, and water

Usually if i get sore throat i will only use VG Throasist as a medicine its sweet and nice medicine but i didnt know how bad your sore throat..

Warm water gargling, always works! It reduces the sore throat time. But like I said, I ALWAYS get a cold after getting a sore throat.

I tried searching 'VG Throasist', zero results on google. Like literally. Are you from india? What is it called?

I get a throat infect atleast 4 times in a year and it ALWAYS turns into a cold that sometimes extends for almost 2 weeks. Need to find a good doctor.
