Gnilraps - God of War

As many of you know, recently Gnilraps did something that very few people do in this game, he reached the status of God of War!! What many people don't know is the story behind it, with some inside knowledge it is my honor to write this short story and bring you the full details of the special accomplishment.



Gnilraps is an older player who has been around the block a couple times, you don't gain 23 hard worker medals if you haven't played for a while. But contrary to what most people think, Gnilraps started off playing an economic game and didn't care at all about the military aspect of the game till much later.

In an earlier phase of the game the economic module actually worked and allowed players to to gain certain skills which helped them in the game. At the time Gnilraps was concentrating on the Worker skill in an attempt to become an economic powerhouse, unfortunately the game was changed and that skill (like many good things) was taken away. About a year ago this drastic change to the game was made, and after a whole bunch of people, including Gnilraps, wrote some rage articles and threatened to quit, Gnilraps had a hard look at the military aspect of the game and decided to change course and devote his time towards becoming a hard hitting soldier who can change the course of a war.



He was off to a slow start though, having just around 750 strength at the time with a lot of catching up to do. Fortunately, the man is a beast and spent the next year training the full amount allowed by the game per day and fighting as much as physically possible, spending very little time at full health, to reach this great achievement. You read that right, it took Gnilraps less than a year to go from a nobody on the battlefield to a God of War.

But it doesn't end there, all that fighting and training led to lots of strength and lots of experience points. Within a single day, Gnilraps reached Level 50, reached the 15,000 strength threshold and reached the God of War Military Rank!! WOW!!



Gnilraps also took over Easy Company in October of 2011 and through a lot of hard work and has turned it into the best MU in the whole eWorld (ok, that might be a bit of an opinion you can argue with, but the numbers back it up). Currently EZC gives out up to 46 Tanks per day! and unlike a lot of other MU's EZC is one of the friendliest and one of the more helpful MU's towards younger players. Even with a lot of younger players EZC plays with the big boys and consistently ranks as one of the top (if not the top) MU's in eUS.

Since reaching this impressive accomplishment, Gnilraps plans to focus a lot of his daily clicks on making Raw Materials and Weapons for Easy Company so that others can also reach the God of War Rank.

Oh, and if that isn't enough, at the time of this publication he is currently out for a run training for the Philadelphia Marathon. A beast in eRep and in RL!
