It's been a rough ride for the EPIC party over the last 40 days.
Losing a presidential election due to the arrogance of Noyst last month, and now this month losing party control over a planted mole by the name of EhBizzle, allowing Rolo Talamasee (The new EPIC Party Leader) to even go as far as changing the name of the EPIC party to 'Rolo Talamasee's Funhouse.'
I will be honest. I am at a loss for words. I don't know whether to blame this on incompetence, bad luck or all of the above. It's unfair to point fingers and blame anyone for a mole. Rolo Talamasee has a long history in eCanada, stretching much farther back then my short tenure here. From what I gather from the bits and portions of his past that I stumble on from time to time, he is a cunning adversary. He has proven this again.
The tactics used by the MDP and the Norsefire parties to achieve their desired results were clever, and effective. I have read a few articles about, that claim the political tactics used by the MDP and Norsefire were underhanded and shady. I must point out that every political party cajoles, plots and schemes to acquire their desired results. Politics is a cruel mistress. If you can't handle her, don't sleep with her.
As a member of the EPIC party (Rolo Talamasse's Funhouse, rather) I am curious as to what the future will bring. Will we succumb to a lack of leadership? Or will that same leadership bring us back into salvation? How long will a rebuilding process take?
So many questions.

A love letter to Rylde, and now one questioning whether Rolo's taking over of EPIC could be a good thing. My, but you are certainly seeming to be impartial.
Rolo taking over the party was perfectly predictable when it was shown that ehbizzle was nothing more than a plant within the party. Having him step down when Rolo joined the party (the game automatically making the highest exp player Party President) is far from a brilliant manoeuvre. Neither is planting a mole in a party...
...It only goes to show just how upset Rolo has been with the party in the past, and how effective it has been at stopping him that he felt the need to remove us. When a player who stole everything from this country (thousands of gold and dozens of companies), fought against it for a while, has PTO'd many parties and done his very best to drag this country down into the mud sees you as an obstacle, I take pride in that....
...The only thing I would ask is that you try and not grandize this thief of a player and work on being a little more impartial in your articles, there is enough BS running around this country right now, no need to add more to it.

@ Etemenanki - Your anger is valid, I can't dispute that. Rolo's past offenses don't concern this article, as the article has nothing to do with him stealing funds from Canadian coffers. I was not around for this, so I won't comment on it either. I stated a part of Rolo's character as being cunning, but under no circumstance did I speak of Rolo being a great choice as our party leader. As for Rylde, I stated he defended Canada well and I would never vote for him.

The title does not imply that EPIC is the source of contagion, does it? I'd rather say it caught a bad case of what was going around the Top 5 last year. The plague is well known to have originiated elsewhere:
