eIDF funds

Soldiers of eIDF and some Serens had questions about supplies and eIDF funds we get from the government so I would like to answer some of them 🙂

Facts:
1. eIDF currently has 9 platoons and 180 soldiers(not including Sayeret Matkal)
2. eIDF gets weekly funds of 3500nis which was given for FOOD ONLY!
3. 40+ soldiers ask for food and weapons every day

Taking into concern those things i decided to deliver food like this:

1. Only soldiers who come on IRC, with eIDF avatar will get supplies including those who ask for it in MU Legion of Jerusalem, this is because we want to make players more active and get interested in e republik!

2. For killing a soldier in a fight you usually need 3-4 hits so we decided 80 well per person will be given

3. Weapons are given only from my companies during important wars and if someone donates weapons from their private funds

Calculations:

80well = 20q2 food which has the lowest price on the market...until yesterday price was 1.32-1.35 and now its 1.26nis...so:

- 40 soldiers x 20q2 food = 800q2 food
- 800q2 x 1.26nis lowest = 1008 nis a day
- 1008 nis x 7 days a week = 7056 nis
- 3500 I think you can clearly see that our funds 3500 nis is far less then 7056 nis...

Even if we gave 60 well per person calculations would be:

- 40 soldiers x 15q2 food = 600q2 food
- 600q2 x 1.26(which will probably be bigger price later) = 756nis
- 756 nis x 7 days a week = 5292 nis
- 3500

For now some of the lack in funds we compensate from private donations from people who have more but still it is very hard to give supplies to soldiers...They even ask for weapons not knowing that we dont have enough even for food...

I talked to a neria few days ago and he told me he will try to give us eIDF funds of 5000 nis which would be great and with private donations we could even have money for some weapons here and then!

Thats why I ask for soldiers and Serens to be patient and to know that we are thinking of them and we are trying to provide them supplies as much as possible!

one thing i must say is that i am disgusted by the soldiers who have money and/or food for their 300 daily hp and still come and ask for food when they dont need it and for weps also

There is something completely wrong with people who come in the # and demand supplies, while they can actually pay for it themselves.

It should be nothing but a honour to fight for your country, and honour the people who supply you.

Dude, is the IDF really hurting that bad? If you send me a PM and give me a few details (IE how much damage these 40 players can put down, how reliable they are, etc) I will fund the IDF myself for a week. And none of that 80 wellness crap.

Basically, give me an Org account, and prove the IDF isnt run by a bunch of morons, and I will send over 10,000 NIS for you guys. When I left and I sold all of my companies, I ended up coming back to a very sizeable chunk of gold, and with currency at crazy levels (when I left it was 45 NIS per gold... it now hovers around 200 NIS per gold) I can afford to pitch in a bit. There might be some strings attached, but my god... you guys only get 3500 NIS a week? I probably spend that on just fighting personally 🙁

My poor Israel. I am sorry I left you. I just dont have the time anymore to play the game. I am sorry I left you to ruin 🙁

Our taxes are very low and they are barley enough to sustain the MPPs. If we also want to supply the eIDF we have to raise the taxes. On the other hand this money will come from the citizens so basically we are taking money and giving food and weapons.

But have we thought of, or tried to run a commune? You work for free, but you get food and weapons free. This might not work for super young players (who would lose interest quickly if they never got money) but for us old timers who care more about making the next 30,000 battle damage, its no problem.

Also why arent we running our own food and weapons companies? Food should be almost free (obviously there is always a small price) and weapons should have a marginal cost to them.

Also now is perfect to open a commune because of the recent changes to how productivity is calculated. No we can have day 2 players working in a Q5 company at 10 wellness, and they still get "full" productivity (health is no longer included in the calculation)

Also a major component to the market place and economy is going to be to valuate the NIS to around 150 NIS to gold, and to make sure it stays stable (I always aimed for a +/- of 😵 to attract established companies who may not think of exporting to us due to a wild NIS value
