Why ring tech support? It's only ever an exercise in fail.
We've already "checked that its plugged in" thanks. And no, it's not a virus. And no, I don't want to pay for an upgrade, I just want THIS thing to work, and yes I just LOVE paying 1.25 a minute to hear some luddite halfwit read a call centre marketing script ......

But, I agree with f****ing with their heads. Talk to your broadband provider about ping times and latency. It's nothing short of hilarious 🙂
