It's the seventh (7th) day of congress, for the February - March 2012 term, and after reading through the forums, and some articles(if there were any), I will be presenting you with the congress information for today.

Today the forums were fairly quiet, but there is still stuff to report:

1) still talking about Rolo's pardon, Unanimous consent has failed, new ideas are being presented, and it is being expanded to encompass preventing internal PTO's in the future

In-Game Proposals:

1) An alliance has been proposed between Canada and Bulgaria

2) An alliance has been proposed between Canada and Colombia
