It's the fifth (5th) day of congress, for the February - March 2012 term, and after reading through the forums, and some articles(if there were any), I will be presenting you with the congress information for today.

On the Forum: (Which can be found here)

1) The Penguin Army's funding suspension is still up to a vote. The reason being that apparently there is not enough active members to qualify for funding anymore. So far, it seems that their funding is going to become suspended.

2) The Rolo case is beginning to get another set of attention. #stillgettingattention

In-Game Proposals:

1) An alliance has been proposed between Canada and Greece

2) Donate - this is just your normal $99,999 CAD donation to the Canadian Ministry of Finance to fund your Military Units, who in turn supply you to fight to your very best.

3) A rogue tax proposal was proposed for import taxes on Food to go from 5% to 99% and VAT taxes on Food to go from 5% to 1%

1) Connor MacLeod's analysis of the market, and what the 99% import tax on WRM is doing to help eCanada. He does 3 updates at the very least, every day
