Fourth day of congress, for the February - March 2012 term, and after reading through the forums, and some articles(if there were any), I will be presenting you with the congress information for today.

On the Forum: (Which can be found here)

1) The Penguin Army's funding suspension is up to a vote. The reason being that apparently there is not enough active members to qualify for funding anymore. So far, it seems that their funding is going to become suspended.

2) Deputy Speaker has been voted on, and it was a nearly unanimous decision for ppdanny, the other candidate for Speaker, to become Deputy Speaker. The results were Yes - 16, No - 0, Abstain - 1

In-Game Proposals:

1) An alliance has been proposed between Canada and Colombia

2) Donate - this is just your normal $99,999 CAD donation to the Canadian Ministry of Finance to fund your Military Units, who in turn supply you to fight to your very best.

3) A Trading Embargo with Serbia has been proposed
