Congress Information [Day 1,560]

Well, today is the second day of congress, for the February - March 2012 term, and after reading through the forums, and some articles, I will be presenting you with you congress information for today.

So onto what's been happening today.

Congress has gotten settled in, and the amount of activity is starting to show it already

On the Forum: (Which can be found here)

1) Discussions for 99% import taxes has been going on here, after Plugson's article about changing the import tax for WRM.

2) There has been talk of restarting the construction program for the new Q2 Training Centers. this would see the gold needed going to people to upgrade their training center to Q2, and then later on, the possibility is there to have them pay it back to the government.

3) Voting is taking place for a new Speaker of Congress. The candidates are Simon Boucher-Ruest and ppdanny. Good luck to both candidates.

In-Game Proposals:

1) An alliance has been proposed between Canada and Philippines

2) Donate - this is just your normal $99,999 CAD donation to the Canadian Ministry of Finance to fund your Military Units, who in turn supply you to fight to your very best.

Other:

1) Plugson's proposal is now being added on to with a safe-fail being added to the proposal, which would have congress revert the tax changes from 99% back to 5%, should the price go above 0.36 CAD, or a set price.
