Boredom

Day 1,831, 05:11 Published in Ireland Ireland by Dr. Pierre Chang

Ireland, I'm bored. Ireland's boring, we all know it and we can all feel the enveloping feeling of boredom leaking across the nation. Why are we bored? Because we're stagnant. Because nothing's happening. We're all just sitting around discussing why we're bored and coming up with the great solutions to how to stop this boredom. You're all guilty of it, I'm guilty of it! This article in itself is another piece of worthless text discussing this boredom.

So why don't we all stop talking about things and do something for once. I read an article this morning about an IFP congress member who tried to stop the great enneyeux by attempting to declare the UK as a natural enemy. It failed and now in his shame he's leaving the country. He should stay, he's one of the few people who gets it.

Let's just invade the UK. Why not? If we lose, we lose. So what? Who gives a shit there's not a lot to be lost in losing in this game. Yes I'm sure they'll be the inevitable circlejerk in the UK media about how we're shit and they're great but at least for once we'll be somewhat noteworthy in this game.

So Ireland a plea on my behalf. Inaction is still action. It's the action of wondering what could have been and of stagnation. Let's just get up off our holes and do something.
