Activity we H.O.P.E.d for, reality we got

Day 4,782, 03:32 Published in Belgium Belgium by Gyantse

Dear Friends and Foes.

In the last months we have seen an increased number of propaganda articles. You can say this is one of them, but (un)fortunately, I will not try to sell you some unproven statements or give you unachievable promises. I guess some of you will not accept the conclusion, but that is a risk I'm willing to take. At the end we can all agree that numbers don't lie.

I went through all the laws proposed this past month and checked congressmen of which parties are the most active and which are the least. Please note that votes cast by Director9, when he was a CP are not included in the numbers, while votes done by Genesis as a CP are attributed to her as a CM (before calling me out on this, believe me, the results are much worse for H.O.P.E. and their activity if I exclude Genesis’ voting history). After analyzing the raw data, I came to a shocking conclusion, that

CONGRESSMEN OF H.O.P.E. ARE THE LEAST ACTIVE!

From the 27th of November (when the new congress sworn in) till today we had 15 laws proposed. Out of those 8 were donation laws, 5 were concession laws, 1 was impeachment law and 1 was an MPP law.

On the last congress elections the results were the following:
× ATO received 39.47% of votes and got 12 CMs elected,
× H.O.P.E. received 34.21% of votes and got 9 CMs elected,
× DSP received 13.16% of votes and got 4 CMs elected,
× TBD received 13.16% of votes and got 3 CMs elected.

* * *

This means that since there were 15 laws proposed, there could have been this many of the votes cast per party:
× ATO with 12 CMs could cast 180 votes,
× H.O.P.E. with 9 CMs could cast 135 votes,
× DSP with 4 CMs could cast 60 votes,
× TBD with 3 CMs could cast 45 votes.

* * *

In reality there were that many of the votes cast:
× ATO with 12 CMs cast 159 votes out of possible 180, which equals to 88.33 %,
× H.O.P.E. with 9 CMs cast 96 votes out of possible 135, which equals to 71.11 %,
× DSP with 4 CMs cast 49 votes out of possible 60, which equals to 81.67 %,
× TBD with 3 CMs cast 37 votes out of possible 45, which equals to 82.22 %.

* * *

We have 28 CMs in this month’s congress and only 11 of them voted on all proposals:
× In ATO there were 8 CMs who voted on all proposals, with 12 total, this means 66.67 % of CMs voted on all proposals,
× in H.O.P.E. there was 1 CM who voted on all proposals, with 9 total, this means 11.11 % of CMs voted on all proposals,
× in DSP there were 2 CMs who voted on all proposals, with 4 total, this means 50.00 % of CMs voted on all proposals,
× in TBD there were 0 CMs who voted on all proposals, with 3 total, this means 0.00 % of CMs voted on all proposals.

* * *

The only congress activity, where H.O.P.E. showed above average activity was immigration. Congressmen of H.O.P.E. have given all their 9 CS passes, while only 2 CS was given by ATO congressmen and none were given by congressmen from DSP or TBD.

* * *

Since last congress elections, congress voted on 15 laws. Out of those:
× ATO congressmen proposed 7 laws,
× H.O.P.E congressman proposed 2 laws,
× DSP congressmen proposed 0 laws,
× TBD congressmen proposed 0 laws,
× Our presidents proposed 5 laws (all by Director9),
× Other presidents proposed 1 law (Norwegian CP).

Let me finish this article with a quote I found on the almighty internet and that a fan of any kind of democracy would probably agree with, “Not casting a vote is a vote against democracy.”

Take care,
