Gun History
After reading the following historical facts, read the part
about Switzerland twice.
A LITTLE GUN HISTORY
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control.. From 1929 to 1953,
about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded
up and exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million
Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total
of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were
rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million
political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000
Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000
Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million
educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century
because of gun control: 56 million.
It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by
new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their
own Government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500
million dollars. The first year results are now in:
List of 7 items:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent.
Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent.
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!
In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300
percent. Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the
criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in
armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the
past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is
unarmed.
There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the
ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public
safety has decreased, after such monumental effort, and expense was
expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The
Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians
disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes,
gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens
Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them
of this history lesson.
With guns, we are 'citizens.'
Without them, we are 'subjects'.
During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew
most Americans were ARMED!
SWITZERLAND ISSUES EVERY HOUSEHOLD A GUN!
SWITZERLAND'S GOVERNMENT TRAINS AND ISSUES EVERY ADULT A RIFLE.
SWITZERLAND HAS THE LOWEST GUN RELATED CRIME RATE OF ANY CIVILIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

Nice article but what are your sources?
hmmmmm.... you left out Irelan😛)
Lets just say.... more gun control than the USA ... and less gun crime proportional to population.
"Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century
because of gun control: 56 million"
Number of people klled by guns in the 20th century..... Zillions and Quazillions🙂
Guns are just not enough... every household requires a H-bomb to trully protect them, their family and their neighbourhood.
The swiss part is definately true
WD nice art
Yeah, the swiss part is true, because they run a militia not an army.
"During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew
most Americans were ARMED!"
WTF? who told you this?
I'm pretty sure the Japanese planed an invasion of America hence the bombing of pearl harbour to remove the American pacific fleet from defending the west coast.
The reason they didn't invade is because the pacific fleet wasnt all docked in pearl harbour, and the Americans launched a counter offensive liberating the pacific of the Japanese Empire.
*FACEPALM*
Yeah I've heard about the Switzerlan Part also,
*looks to the cabinet full of rifles next to me* I think I am set for quite a while. xD
Actually the Japanese did invade the United states, in Alaska, they had invaded there in secret missions, and this information was released about 20 years ago
sp actually this was a post in a forum from a chain letter sent to texas law enforcement officers and someone replied to this with a north irish example left out
"You left out one example. During the time known as "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland, massive gun control was established over the country. In spite of this, the IRA built up enormous arsenals of weapons, including mortars, machine guns, artillery, bombs and a range of others. Not even in the USA are these weapons permitted to be owned by private citizens."
besides the us has varying gun laws by state, in texas we're a little more lax than in massachusetts and california and our lower murder rate shows
its too fucking hot to commit crime in texas, you would die of heat stroke trying to escape the cops 😛
wat about improvised guns EG:flamethrower=deoderant+lighter
What a load of shit, 20 million "dissidents" weren't killed, more like 850,000.
These were counter reveloutionaries and part of the burgeoise.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_attack_on_Pearl_Harbor" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_at[..]arbor The reason behind the attack which was a horrible idea. If I remeber correctly the attack in Alaska failed because they were not supplied with winter equipment. A subramine bombarded a Fort on the West Coast. Balloon bombs(Giant balloons with explosives/incendiary) were launched at the U.S. which resulted in failure. Japan could not have ever defeated the U.S. completely and occupied the country. They lacked the manpower especially with many Amercians owning their own firearms.
The same people would have been killed even if guns never existed because war never changes.
Crimianals and outlaw will always have access to firearms. Laws and regulations only make it harder for law abiding citizens to own them and due to supply and demand encourages even more illegal sales.
20 million or 850,000 it does not make a difference if the numbers are off. The fact that ONE person was killed because of the denial of his basic rights is enough.
