DoCA PROGRAMS UPDATE

- AMERICAN AIR RANK PROGRAM (AARP)

The AARP, one of the most successful DoCA programs, will continue to feed the US pilots for a third consecutive term. The main goal of the program is to help the eUS citizens to increase their Air Rank, by providing them with 2000 energy worth of food per day.

The participants need to do only 2 simple tasks per day to earn that foo😛

- Leave a comment (any comment) on the daily PotUS' AARP shout on the National Feed;

- Score at least 20 air round battle kills in any campaign that day.

- ARM AMERICA (AA)

As the Q7 Tanks' prices are currently skyrocketing the Government has decided to reopen the Arm America program for the duration of the Ten days of Mayhem event.

You would be able to receive 6 x Q7 Tanks from the government by the following scheme:

- Fight in the eUS Campaign of the Day

- Comment on the AA shout on the national feed, including the round you have fought in

- Have strength higher than:

25 000 for D1
50 000 for D2
75 000 for D3
No strength requirement for D4

TEN DAYS OF MAYHEM EVENT

Plato seems to be busy, because just a few weeks after the League of Allies event we get another one - Ten days of Mayhem.

Some of you probably read about it, some didn't.

In any case the WHPR team thought it would be helpful to provide you with a short analysis of the event.

A SHORT SUMMARY

For 10 days the ground based campaign mechanics will be severely changed.

1. The ground based battles will be based on 14 different terrain types:

The terrain of a specific ground battle round will be selected by the ATTACKING country, prior to the round (the exact method is not yet announced).

2. Every citizen will be able to use all or part of his/her strength in order to scale his fighting ability for one or more terrain type(s).

The strength distribution into terrain skill goes as follows:

Example:

Ex.1 - lets say you are a Division 2 player with 60 000 strength. You can distribute your strength to increase your skill for 2 terrain types to the maximum - 2 terrains x 25 000 strength each = 50k strength. And you are left with 10 k strength to distribute as you please. Or you can distribute your strength in more terrain types, but in smaller portions, putting you in a disadvantage.

Ex.2. - You are a Division 4 player with 120 000 strength. You can either maximize exactly 3 terrain types or scale more than 3 terrains, without reaching their strength cap.

3. You will be able to RESET the assigned terrain points, by using skill tokens.

Every citizen will receive some tokens at the start of the event and you'd be able to buy a limited amount of them from the battlefield shop. A single token will reset all your distributed strength.

4. The rank points you receive during the event will be calculated, using the player's total strength, while the damage is calculated using the strength you have distributed in the specific terrain. The rank points gain, DURING the event will be increased by 100% FOR THE GROUND BATTLES ONLY.

5. The True patriot medals will rewards 3 times as much currency - 3000 cc.

6. The Maverick pack will still allow players to jump through different divisions, but they will only be able to fight with the strength cap of that division.

Example: A D4 player, jumping into D1 will not be able to fight with his D4 - 40 000 maximum strength/terrain. (S)he will be forced to use the 20 000 strength cap for D1.

7. There will be no changes regarding the Air battles.

ANALYSIS

- STRENGTH EQUALITY

This event provides an unique opportunity - to close, in a way, the massive gap of strength between old and new players.

The players in the Different divisions, even the Maverick pack owners, will have a maximum strength cap per terrain. That means that if you have maxed a certain terrain, regardless of your division, you will only be facing players with strength equal or lower than yours, while fighting on your preferred terrain. The only differences in damage will come from the difference in the Military rank of the players.

- INFANTRY KIT SUPREMACY

The long term Infantry kit(IK) users will be the big winners of this Event, because of the previous Strength equality point.

The IK users usually have a significant strength, while staying in the lower divisions. This means that they will have the opportunity to max out a lot more terrain types than the regular player or even a Maverick player.

Example: A D2 IK player with 130 000 strength will be able to cover 5 terrain types to the maximum, because of the low 25 000 strength cap per terrain in D2.

This will make the long term IK players extremely valuable during the event, because of their terrain versatility and effectiveness.

- BAZOOKA POWER

Players with a lot of bazookas and bazooka boosters will have the time of their eLives during the event.

Lets take a D4 Legend for example. The player has a Legend of the New World rank, a cap of 40k strength, (s)he is hitting with Q7 weapon and using a simple 50% dmg booster. The damage (s)he will deal per hit will be almost 75 000/hit.

Now lets imagine they have a stockpile of bazookas equipped with boosters. The same player in the same case scenario, but using bazooka boosters instead of Q7 weapon will deal 82 500 dmg/ hit.

That might be a good way for the heavy tanks to use their Zookas.

- DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE NIGHTMARE

The Ten days of Mayhem will provide a real Mayhem for the eGovernments. They now have to precisely coordinate every one of their country campaign rounds with the skill distributions of their fighters.

All the eGovernments will have to create a strategy together with their top MUs for distribution of their terrain skills and terrain setting for every round.

Since the attacking country is the one to select the terrains in a campaign, that will probably benefit significantly the Resistance forces of the occupied countries and on the other hand create a Defense nightmare for the large Empires.

- THE DAILY ORDER MAYHEM

The military units have to work in tight coordination with their governments for setting the terrain skills of their members correctly.

If most of the MUs in a country and the government of that country decide to max a specific set of terrains and a few MUs doesn't that will provide significant difficulty for that last MU to allow its members to complete their daily order.

Fighting on terrains you have low or no skill in will result in more energy and weapons spent/kill, therefore making it harder to complete. In those cases the players will be forced to complete their DOs in the Air rounds.

On the bright side - this event will allow for the governments and MUs to develop even closer and more coordinated relations.

Some of the top countries with large player base and strength pool might decide to dedicate different MUs or separate regiments to specific terrain types, thus covering a lot more terrains.
