Boletin Oficial 8-5-24.1: Venezuela Neutral y dialogo con Asteria

En los últimos meses, el Gobierno de Venezuela ha adoptado una serie de acciones y decisiones clave para abordar la situación militar que rodea nuestra nación y hacer pública nuestra postura internacional al respecto. A continuación, se detallan las principales medidas tomadas:


1. Postura internacional:

Durante éste período, se ha priorizado el fortalecimiento de nuestras capacidades de entrenamiento y preparación de nuestras fuerzas armadas. Gracias a nuestra participación en la Alianza CODE, las Training Wars generadas, y a las Resistence Wars abiertas (múltiples semanalmente desde el borrado).

Sin embargo, debido a nuestra realidad territorial y los cambios de fuerzas en el aspecto general y de cooperación en cuanto a Alianzas, ha sido mayor motivo de nuestra salida de CODE (ejecutada por el Presidente Jesus Ventura el pasado mes de Marzo de 2024), para declararnos y efectivamente actuar como País NEUTRAL.


2. Diplomacia activa y cooperación internacional:
En un esfuerzo por promover la neutralidad y la estabilidad, nos encontramos en diálogo activo con otros países y alianzas internacionales, prioritariamente ASTERIA. Se busca establecer acuerdos estratégicos basados en el respeto mutuo y la cooperación en materia de liberación y activación de nuestras regiones originales.

Además, estamos en búsqueda de participar en iniciativas multilaterales efectivas para abordar las posibles Training Wars dentro y fuera de nuestras regiones.


3. Promoción del diálogo y la negociación:

Reiteramos nuestro compromiso con el diálogo y la negociación como medios para resolver conflictos de manera pacífica y constructiva. Nos encontramos trabajado activamente para facilitar el diálogo entre las partes involucradas, promoviendo la búsqueda de soluciones diplomáticas y evitando el uso de la fuerza, debido a recientes acontecimientos, los cuales han llevado malentendidos y que interpretamos que han sido un revés en cuanto a los objetivos y propuestas realizadas.

Motivos por los cuales, desde hace unos días se ha ordenado el cese total de agresión en contra de los Países integrantes de la Alianza ASTERIA, así como el decreto de no abrir Resistence Wars en nuestras regiones hasta recibir respuesta de los planteamientos y propuestas realizadas por éste Gobierno a dicha Alianza.


4. Garantía de la soberanía nacional:
Nuestra principal prioridad es garantizar la soberanía nacional y proteger los intereses del pueblo venezolano en todo momento. Es por ello que buscamos que sean implementadas medidas integrales para liberar y activar nuestro territorio, así como para iniciar las necesarias Training Wars con posibles países circundantes.


5. Llamado a la comunidad internacional:

Hacemos un llamado a la comunidad internacional para que respete nuestra postura neutral, así como nuestra búsqueda de diálogo y la cooperación en la región, evitando cualquier acción que pueda conducir a tensiones militares innecesarias. Instamos a la Alianza ASTERIA a reconocer nuestras solicitudes, prestar atención a nuestras propuestas, y a enviar sus respuestas a través del diálogo y la negociación.


En resumen, el Gobierno de Venezuela reafirma su compromiso con la neutralidad, la estabilidad y la soberanía nacional, y continúa trabajando activamente para abordar la situación militar en la región de manera constructiva y responsable. Por tanto, cualquier decreto, anuncio o actuación anterior a ésta queda derogado, inhabilitado y anulado, dando como vigente lo expuesto en el presente Boletin Oficial.


Se informa de todas estas acciones, para que quede constancia de las acciones ocurridas y decisiones tomadas, a fin de emitir Boletin Oficial en cuanto a nuestra realidad y postura como Pais, Gobierno y Comunidad Venezolana.

Official Bulletin 8-5-24.1: Venezuela's Neutrality and Dialogue with Asteria

In recent months, the Government of Venezuela has taken a series of key actions and decisions to address the military situation surrounding our nation and to make our international stance on the matter public. The following are the main measures taken:


1. International Stance:

During this period, we have prioritized strengthening our armed forces' training and preparedness capabilities. Thanks to our participation in the CODE Alliance, the generated Training Wars, and the ongoing Resistance Wars (multiple weekly since been erased).

However, due to our territorial reality and shifts in forces regarding general aspects and cooperation in terms of Alliances, our departure from CODE (executed by President Jesus Ventura last March 2024) has been a major reason for us to declare and effectively act as a NEUTRAL Country.


2. Active Diplomacy and International Cooperation:
In an effort to promote neutrality and stability, we are engaged in active dialogue with other countries and international alliances, primarily ASTERIA. We aim to establish strategic agreements based on mutual respect and cooperation in terms of the liberation and activation of our original regions.

Additionally, we are seeking to participate in effective multilateral initiatives to address possible Training Wars within and outside our regions.


3. Promotion of Dialogue and Negotiation:

We reaffirm our commitment to dialogue and negotiation as means to resolve conflicts peacefully and constructively. We are actively working to facilitate dialogue among the involved parties, promoting the pursuit of diplomatic solutions and avoiding the use of force, due to recent events which have led to misunderstandings and setbacks regarding the objectives and proposals made.

Hence, as of a few days ago, a total cessation of aggression against the member countries of the ASTERIA Alliance has been ordered, as well as the decree not to open Resistance Wars in our regions until we receive responses to the proposals made by this Government to said Alliance.


4. Guarantee of National Sovereignty:
Our main priority is to guarantee national sovereignty and protect the interests of the Venezuelan people at all times. Therefore, we seek the implementation of comprehensive measures to liberate and activate our territory, as well as to initiate necessary Training Wars with potential surrounding countries.


5. Call to the International Community:

We call on the international community to respect our neutral stance, as well as our pursuit of dialogue and cooperation in the region, avoiding any actions that may lead to unnecessary military tensions. We urge the ASTERIA Alliance to acknowledge our requests, pay attention to our proposals, and respond through dialogue and negotiation.


In summary, the Government of Venezuela reaffirms its commitment to neutrality, stability, and national sovereignty, and continues to actively work to address the military situation in the region in a constructive and responsible manner. Therefore, any decree, announcement, or action prior to this is repealed, disabled, and annulled, making what is stated in this Official Bulletin valid.

These actions are reported to document the events that have occurred and decisions made, in order to issue an Official Bulletin regarding our reality and stance as Country, Government, and Venezuelan Community.
