[PCP] Vote Arfan-Khan for PP

Firstly I would like to say this is the first article I am righting in eRepublik and may make a few mistakes and my article may not be as presentable as my opponents. So I would like to start with my policies:

- Firstly, I would like to start by increasing the active party members from 90 to 120. This would be done through controlled recruitment.

- Secondly, I will try and maintain this party so that it remains a top 5 party and keeps itself a fighting force in British politics.

- I also promise to make the party more active internally, this is by increasing forum activity and creating more party activities.

- I will also be creating competitions within the party and will be hiring journalists within the party which will recieve 100 GBP for each article they write and a prize of 1 Gold (1600 GBP) will be given out weekly to the best writers.

- An additional 100 Health will be given to all party members which are under level 20, this could increase if we have sufficient funds.

- I will also work with Communist and Leftist parties from other nations and fight for the rights of the smaller countries which have been without a congress and province for months (such as South Korea).

- Also I will try and include reforms in our official MU (People's Army) to make it a stronger and more effective fighting force.
