Q: What is the wage level for a national civil servant?
A: It's in discussion. For now, every national civil servant is without wages. According to the national condition, a token payment is possible. However, what we believe is, more wages cannot compensate for the work you set to for your department. So, actually, what is supporting you is just the spirit of the devotion to the eChina. Right?

Q: Will the state civil servant be replaced as the administration is replaced?
A: No. State civil servants are ones who supply services. Staff replacement means nothing for them even if the administration or the President changes.

Q: Why the ability requirement is not indicated explicitly for each job position?
A: In fact, except for the very few kinds of work (translation job, etc), hard work and the great patience are the only things you should get for most of the national civil servants.
