【国事公告】[National Announcement] 总统solotar 已签署三十国军演合同

Day 681 (北京时间 10 月 1 日晚) , 总统 solotar 与 PEACE GC War Council 签署了关于参加三十国军演 的合同。 在经过一系列程序后, 我国将参与到立陶宛与拉脱 维亚间的三十国军演中。

根据合同上的规定, 需要履行的程序如下：

1 、 在 Day 681 开始前, 中国将捐献 43G 到 PEACE Org 。
2 、 在未来的 24 小时里,PEACE Org 将把 30G 捐献给立陶宛国库。
3 、 在未来的 24 小时里, 中国将开始就与立陶宛结盟 问题进行国会投票。
4 、 在进行了第 1 条中的捐献后, 在第一个星期四之前, 中国应该将 30G 捐献到 PEACE Org 。
5 、 包括第 4 条的偿付在内, 中国必须重复这个偿付过程 。 这个过程将持续到总共 3 次偿付完成 (包括第 1 条中提到的偿付) 。
6 、 在合同有效期内,PEACE Org 不得以任何方式动用本合同 中提到的款项。 它只能被用于捐献给拉脱维 亚的国库。

目前该程序的第一步已经完 成,43G 已经偿付。 关于这个流程, 从经济角度简单来说, 就是以 60g 初始结盟费用 +13g/4 场战斗 +30g/7 场战斗 +30g/7 场战斗 =133G 的价格来维持一个月的三十 国军演参加资格, 之后可以选择退出, 如果继续费用仍然是每 7 场战斗 30G 。 之所以 1 个月才可以退出是因为共同 防御协定 (MPP ) 持续 1 个月, 之后可以通过和平协定退出 。

目前国防部已经拿到了三十 国军演的时间表, 将很快公布。

Solotar, president of eChina and PEACE GC War Council has signed the contract of eChina participating eLithuanian-eLatvian war game in day 681.

According to the provisions of the compact,

1, China will make a donation of 43 Golds to PEACE Org before day 681 of the New World starts.
2, Within the next 24 hours, PEACE Org will donate 30 Gold to Lithuanian treasury.
3, Within the next 24 hours, China shall put into voting an alliance with Lithuania.
4, China will donate, before the FIRST Thursday after the donation referred to in point 1, the amount of 30 Golds to PEACE Org.
5, Within the next 14 days after payment in point 3, China shall repeat the payment. This process shall be repeated until 3 payments in total (including the payment in point 1) are done.
6. PEACE Org will not use in any way the received Gold according to this contract during it’s validity. It can only donate it to Latvia’s treasury.

Now the first step has been completed as 43G has been denoted. To be short, eChina will pay 60G initial MPP usage; 13G for 4 combacts; 30G for 7 combats and 30G for another 7 combats. The cost for participating in the war game for one month costs totally 133G. Later on, eChina can quit; or eChina will continue to pay 30G for 7 combats. The reason that we can quit only after one month is that MPP lasts for one month.

Department of Defence has received the time table for the war game. It will be released soon.
