【国事公告】 关于与菲律宾举行临时军事 演习的公告


由于菲律宾受台风影响严重 ,Sol 内部军演暂时无法开展。 目前政府正在联系 PEACE 方以参加立陶宛与拉脱维亚 间的三十国军演。 在进行联系的这几天内, 为了使国民能够有仗可打, 政府决定与菲律宾举办一场 临时军事演习。

军事演习的开始时间为游戏 时间 Day 679 21：00 , 结束时间为 Day 680 3：00 (北京 9 月 30 日 12：00- 当日 18：00 ) 。 在这跨越两天的六个小时里 , 我国将对菲律宾的吕宋发动 攻击。 为避免造成该地区主权转移 , 我国将在开始后将近 6 小时时选择撤退并结束军演 。

请各位国民提前做好准备, 避免错过军演。

Q ：这样一场军演花费多少？
A ：这场军演预计花费 99.25G , 完全由我国承担。 但这笔钱不是由国库支持, 而是由 JIAJUNPENG 和 haferkorn2 人共同资助。 让我们感谢他们的无私奉献 。

Q ：为什么要只进攻 6 个小时？
A ：在前几周的美国战场上 , 出现了一个 Bug 。 为了暂时避免该 Bug 再次出现 ,admin 规定只有在开战的前六个小 时内参战双方可以选择撤退 。 所以为了避免造成该地区 主权实际转移 , 我们必须在 6 个小时内结束并撤退。

Q ：这场军演是持续性的吗？
A ：不, 这场军演是临时性的, 只是为了解决近两天的问题 。 在这两天里, 政府会尽快做好与三十国军 演的联系。 希望等到后天, 我们就能出现在三十国军演 的战场上。

[National Announcement] The temporary training war with ePhilippines

Currently, Sol training war is suspended due to RL typhoon in Philippines.
Therefore, eChina government has decided to have a temporary training war with ePhilippines.
The training war will start at 21：00, day 679 and end at 3：00, day 680.
For nearly 6 hours, we will attack Luzon, ePhilippines.
To avoid procession of Luzon, we will retreat right before 6 hours.
Please prepare accordingly for this. Thanks.
This training war is a one-time training war.
However, to make sure that everybody has access to a war everyday, eChina government will keep arranging training wars.
